Arrived late at the hotel. The room smelled like smoke and the floors were dirty and looked like they had not been mopped in months. There were no other rooms available and the fronts desk solution was to come and spray room deodorizer in our room. The dirty floor was never addressed.

This is a very nice hotel. The room we had was in excellent shape. We really enjoyed their pier and being able to walk to downtown Southport.
