  • Äskettäin rakkaudella rakennettu, paljon hienoja yksityiskohtia, trooppisen tyylin koti. Avoin pohjaratkaisu korkeilla kattoilla. Kaksi "pod" -muotoa, jonka yhdistää katettu tuulta. Yhdessä rakennuksessa on keittiö ja suuri huone kylpyhuoneella. Toisella puolella on kolme makuuhuonetta ja toinen kylpyhuone. Toisessa kylpyhuoneessa on ulkosuihku. Mukavasti nukkuu kuusi kaksi queen beds ja yksi kuningas. Makuuhuoneet ovat tilavia ja mukavia. Keittiö on uusi ja hyvin varusteltu. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa on ilmastointi ja kahdessa muussa on kattotuuletin. Helppo pääsy ja pysäköinti kahdelle ajoneuvolle. Kävelymatkan päässä Coral Baystä ja satamasta.

The home was a perfect fit for our family. We enjoyed the quiet secluded location. The hot tub was a great spot to unwind after exploring the island all day and to feed and watch the bananaquits in end morning. The kitchen had all we needed to cook our meals.

This is a beautiful home, has everything you need. Host was kind and communicative. The road to the place is challenging (large pot holes, dirt/gravel) so jeep recommended for driving (or similar high clearance vehicle). The garden is outstanding and surrounding area quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this property!

Great house!

We loved the house and its beautiful landscaping! Great location, quiet, private and super comfortable. Would highly recommend and will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Loved staying at this property. The host was welcoming and answered any questions ahead of time and was very helpful. The property itself was beautiful and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortably accommodated our family of four. We found the property very reasonably priced especially for how many bedrooms were offered. The cottage was clean. It was within a few minutes driving distance to local restaurants and a grocery store. We enjoyed the outdoor shower, the beautiful garden and palms. Would highly recommend. There is a hot tub, air conditioning and back up power in the event of a power outage. The host had great communication as we had two very short outages during our stay.

Excellent staying at St John

The location was very convenient (although the road bit challenging) . The hosts (Coleen and Roger) were superb, very responsive and easy to reach. We were very happy with our staying there.

Amazing Stay

We loved our time at Colleen and Roger's beautiful house! Tons of space, it had everything we needed, and we really appreciated Roger's suggestions for places to go on the island. It was a great location - quiet but still a short drive to everything. Would definitely stay again!

Another great stay

We have stayed at this property in the past and keep coming back, as there is plenty of room, it’s clean, remote enough to feel the tranquility but within walking distance to stores and restaurants, and only a short drive from multiple beaches and hikes. Cant recommend it enough!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful visit. It was great to come back to a comfortable place after a long day at the beach, The beach chairs were so nice to have for the beach, We all enjoyed the deck with the little lizards that greeted us each day, our beds were very comfortable we slept well rested and ready to go the next day,

Sister's Vacation

Good quiet location, had we everything we needed for a great sisters get away. Access road a little rough, but no problem for our jeep. Great hot tub.

Great Experience!

The communication with the owners was excellent! The house is in a quiet location. The home is very nicely set up and clean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We would recommend it and we would stay here again on future trips.

Delightful garden setting. Two pods makes a perfect layout for 6 people with some early risers and some not so early. Very convenient to the best snorkeling spots. Colleen was very friendly and helpful.

Adventures around St John

We had 3 couples stay in the wonderful garden property. The rooms were all big and comfortable. The hot tub is huge. The outdoor shower was great at night. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house.

Wonderful secluded getaway in Coral Bay

This property was a wonderful part of our week long stay on St John. The owners were gracious, helpful, and very quick to reply and help with questions. The property was gorgeous - clean, well cared for, well supplied with the essentials, and had the bonus of a lovely hot tub to soak in at the end of the day. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Nice villa in Coral Bay

Nice new villa close to love city market in Coral Bay. Sounds of frogs and birds great you day and night. Convenient for driving to restaurants and beaches near coral bay. Nice outdoor shower and hot tub.

Garden of Eden

This was a beautiful property on a beautiful island! Colleen and Roger were wonderful hosts, very responsive and helpful. They provided everything we needed. The hot tub was a game changer, and the washer and dryer were much appreciated. The garden and flowers were so beautiful and peaceful. We loved this place!!

Garden Paradise

What a wonderful villa, tucked away in the trees, surrounded by beautiful flowers, and abundant wildlife. Very well appointed and beautiful inside and out. Colleen was a wonderful host and full of information about the island as well as all of the plants around the property. Already looking at dates to go back. We highly recommend Travleler Palm Cottage!!

Wonderful Place for a Family

My wife and our 5 month old son along with my sister and their 15 month old daughter had a wonderful time at your property. It is a lovely quiet retreat with a lot of privacy. The place was spotless and came completely as advertised. We really enjoyed the amenities as the kiddos watched Bluey every morning while the adults packed the Jeeps for the beach. We also enjoyed filling the feeder with sugar and watching the Bananaquits swarm and sing. While on the Coral Bay side of the island, it is closer to the North Shore Beaches than most of the areas near Cruz Bay. I would recommend this place to groups of friends or families looking for a quiet getaway in paradise.

Great property, great host

Everything was excellent with the only exception being that in the weeks prior to our arrival the island had received historic rain and the unpaved roads up from Coral Bay had suffered some pretty serious washouts and ruts. Not the hosts fault obviously and our RAV4 handled it well enough.

The villa was beautiful, peaceful and very clean. It is nestled in a garden jungle-like setting so also very private. There are some other villas nestled nearby but everyone was very quiet and you don't see them from the villa. You are greated by mostly the lovely noises of chirping birds during the day and tree frogs at night. It is located near Coral Bay, so a bit of a drive from Cruz Bay and you will need to rent a jeep, but not a long drive to most of the beaches and more convenient to Maho, Waterlemon, Salt Pond, etc and without Cruz Bay traffic.They had a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, plus all the other expected appliances.Also they provided the basic amenities (toilet paper, soaps, etc.) which was a very nice and helpful touch.They provide some beach chairs, noodles, coolers, cold packs etc.They have many wonderful books, including St John specific guidebooks to help plan your activities. I've visited St. John periodically over the last 30 years and still found the guides helpful and even discovered a new wonderful beach (FYI - Hanson Bay, worth the drive and 3/pp fee)The host was attentive and helpful. There's a hot tub which was clean and hot and lovely for relaxing after being out all day snorkeling and hiking.Overall I highly recommend this villa if you are looking for a peaceful retreat a bit off the beaten path.

St. John Family Vacay June 2025

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Garden. Very clean and had everything we needed. AC in the bedrooms and onsite washer/dryer set this listing apart from many others. It was very nice having filtered drinking water, mainly for brushing teeth and making coffee. The 2-pod set up was cool and we loved the beautiful high ceilings and lots of fans. The outdoor area with hot tub was so serene; great for morning coffee, reading, and stargazing. The outdoor shower added to the exotic experience of island living. Communication was great. Colleen met us and guided us to the property when we arrived. She gave us a quick tour to make sure we were good to go for the week. Everything was in good working order. We were very comfortable during our stay. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great Stay!

This lovely property has an inviting garden setting a short distance from the Coral Bay village. A great spot for a relaxing and fun time on St. John. The owners were very helpful and responsive during our stay. We hope to be back soon!
