”Extremely dirty rooms. Layers of black dust on bed frames and room furniture. Microwave made loud alarming sounds like it was about to blow up. Faucet was old and rust, came off Avery time we used it. Shower curtain is brown and moldy. Toilet knob got stuck at every flush. Worst was the floor. They have this fake wood gray flooring that’s better than carpet however, they don’t mop it. Your socks or feet turn black as though walking on soot. No pool. They filled it with sand and cement. ”The hotel is only 1 year old therefore it was immaculate and beautiful. What was MOST impressive was the front desk clerk, Emily. She was a literal ray of sunshine indoors. It has been so long since I've come across the kind of customer service she provided. You would think she is the owner. I loved Emily! ”

”The room was advertised as a junior suite. It was NOT any type of suite. Only one very small room with no where to lay out luggage. The shower and sink area were open to the room and the shower was quite difficult to get into as it was in a large tub with a wide edge. The water closet was tiny. Very nice staff.”

”Excellent small motel with great location across the bridge from the St Augustine old town. Room was a nice size with a direct view of the water and a view of old town on the other side of the channel. Appetizers served 5-6 in the evening. A nice breakfast is served in the mornings. No disappointments at all! All of the staff was friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay!”

”This hotel is not at all what was advertised on Expedia. The pictures appear to be “modified” as even the exterior doors are completely different - no, they didn’t replace them, the doors were extremely old and damaged. The walls and doors inside were filthy & damaged, the floors did not appear to have been swept or mopped in quite sometime. All the hotels in the area were booked solid and there was no back up plan for our trip so we were stuck. If I could, I would give 0 stars. -100/10. do not...
