”The pros: Location, right in the heart of the historic district Large king size bed Cons: Parking, it's a few blocks away and they charge you extra for it plus extra for housekeeping May need earplugs as close to bars (depending on time of day) Needs some updating- the tub was peeling, there was a towel rack not fulling attached to the wall, a missing curtain rod It's labeled a bed and breakfast but there's no breakfast”

”The B&B is located perfectly near all the sights but still in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s super cosy and we loved our room. Breakfast was very tasty but maybe a little small. But that was covered by the excellent afternoon snack that was more than we could have hoped for! Overall very positive stay, would do it again!”

”The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.”
