”Everything was wonderful! Only thing I need to add is that one elevator is not working. Told by staff member that it’s been down for a month. This caused a huge delay during checkout hours.”

”We asked for lake view and were placed on 7th floor. I expected a little more view of the water but we could still see it. Great location and extremely close to food and things to do. Our main room area was very clean. Most of the bathroom was clean. Unfortunately it looked like someone had gone to the bathroom and the toilet was not cleaned. Some hair in the shower drain. While it did take a bit for the water to heat up, once it did - HOT! We loved that we didn't have to take cold showers like...

”The room was big and clean. The hallways weren't as clean as the room. The breakfast was good! Our only issue was everytime we came or left there were workers at the doorways smoking and we are both very sensitive to cigarette smoke. We could also smell it in the hallways since they were smoking so close to the doors. We know this is a dedicated smoking area so a suggestion would be to move the smoking area away from the hotel so guests don't have to walk through smoke.”

”Our room reeked of smoke and had the window open and a machine with a water bucket trying to pull the smoke smell out. Gloria was so friendly and tried to help us. But, the room she moved us to did not have a pullout couch like she said. I went back again and explained it did not have the couch so we did not have enough beds. She then told me we could have the connecting room. When I opened it, it had no sheets on the bed and reeked of marijuana. We decided to just stay in the room that didn’t...

”The staff was great, the only thing that could be better is the pool area. The pool room is tiny, not much seating and no hot tub. The pool temp was perfect. Even with that being said, we will be coming back for sure!”

”Hotel advertised as a hotel with continental breakfast. Only has coffee and juice Room was clean but need major updates on property. Our room by windows floor was cracking and dent on floor. Other was good for sleeping hotel”

”Room was quiet, bed was comfortable, check in was quick. There was a hole in the ceiling above the shower like something was falling through from up above, but the price reflected imperfection, and that was the only imperfection I noticed. I’d stay there again. It was good for the price.”

”Everything was clean and smelled fresh and new. There were 2 of us and room & bathroom nice size with plenty of room. Close to St Joseph and better priced.”
