Nice hotel, many good restaurants in a walking distance. If you need quiet place to sleep, do not pic this hotel. There is loud karaoke bar near and poor singer will keep you awake.

Loistava sijainti aivan meren rannalla
Hotellin sijainti meren rannalla oli aivan loistava. Parvekkelta avautui ihana merinäköala. Olimme saaneet huoneeseen myös kuohuvaa häämatkamme kunniaksi. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällistä ja auttoi meitä monessa asiasa muun muassa järjesteli retkien kuljetuksia ja kertoi erilaisista vaihtoehdoista. Hotellin vieressä oleva Harleqin ravintola oli todella hyvä. Viereisellä kadulla oli paljon ravintoloita joista tosin kuului aika myöhään musiikkia. Suosittelen siis ottamaan tästä hotellista alimman kerroksen huoneen jonka oma terassi avautuu allasalueelle, sinne kadun äänet ei pitäisi kuulua.

Tasoltaan ok hotelli kätevällä paikalla. Ainakin marraskuussa rauhallinen. Kannattaa ottaa lisähintaan pohjakerroksesta "Junior suite" jos haluaa varmistaa ettei äänet kadulta häiritse ja että pääsee omasta huoneesta suoraan altaalle. Jos olisi päässyt terassilta suoraan mereen, olisin sijainnista antanut täydet pisteet. Kaikkiaan tykkäsin.

Hyvä hotelli, mutta meluisa yöllä
Hyvä sijainti, moitteeton palvelu ja erittäin hyvä varustetaso huoneessa omaa ruuanlaittoa varten. Viereisen karaokebaarin melu kuitenkin häiritsee öisin. Valitsisin seuraavalle reissulle saman hotellin, olimme tyytyväisiä.

As an Antiguan visiting South Gap hotel, I must say this property was the best experience I’ve had in awhile. I was impressed from the begin. I cannot think of any recommendations that I would advise the property to do different. Everyone staffed there was always pleasant.

My stay at South Gap Hotel was a remarkable experience. I loved the ocean view 💙 from my bedroom balcony. The room was spacious however the washroom area was a little small, but nothing a couple can't work with. The pool area is very beautiful 😍 close to the bar if you need a quick drink. The employees from the front desk clerks to the waiters and security are very polite and welcoming. I will definitely return.

That there was no elevator. Mostly all staff members were super friendly and helpful. Its a beautiful place with upscale decor. Not as much suited for business stay.

This property was surprisingly good. I booked based on location and reviews and I'm so happy with the hotel. The service was great. The food and service at the restaurant was so so good. The staff were welcoming and fun. We stayed in the junior suite. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at South Gap. Our room was cleaned daily, staff were pleasant, pool and view were lovely. Food at the restaurant was delicious and plenty of it! Wish we would known about happy hour sooner. We were not bothered at all by noise, which I was concerned about. I would strongly recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation.

Little gem of a place right in the heart of everything St Lawrence Gap has to offer…restaurants, nightlife and beaches. All rooms are steps away from the water. There is no beach or beach access, but you are in walking distance to a beach. Each unit has a kitchen that offers everything you need, or there is a lovely restaurant on site also. Great air conditioning in each unit and a wonderful hot shower. Well maintained, modern and clean units. We would stay here again. Great value for the money

Bathroom had trash in the garbage and bed seemed as if it was used and remade. Customer services was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Stay on the side facing the water. The side facing the street is super loud because there is kareoke until 3am nearly every night. Staff are friendly, but service at the restaurant is glacially slow. Food is ok, but overpriced as you would expect. No beach access from the hotel, but good views of the water and the pool is nice. Air conditioning in the room was a godsend because it the island is very humid. Not the greatest location if you needed cabs because cabs are so pricey. But if you are driving it is great.

This property was recently renovated. The furnishings are still in great condition and better yet kept very clean. The staff is personable and friendly.

I enjoyed the ocean view. The dining room food was good. The place across the street has karaoke so it can get noisy at times. We found the bed too hard. Everything else was fantastic.

Very nice hotel and workers . They attend to all needs . Only downside of the hotel was the floor . It was very dirty and if you stepped in it your feet would get very dirty in your own room . Other than that the hotel was fantastic and a very beautiful view !

I loved it. The staff were super nice & helpful. Rooms and amenities were clean. I loved how all the rooms are ocean view & the view is absolutely gorgeous. The location was great! I will definitely be back.

Fint läge, bra standard och mycket trevlig personal. Bra städning. God och prisvärd mat på restaurangen. Enda nackdelen var att vår balkong låg precis intill ett husbygge och därmed buller från byggnadsarbete dagtid. Det hade varit bra att få veta innan bokningen.

My stay at the South Gap Hotel was perfect. My ocean view room was extremely beneficial to my mental health. The hotel was in walking distance from multiple restaurants and entertainment options. 10/10 would recommend!

Good view but…
Amazing views and great location for socializing and night life.However, the positives were ruined by the loud noise and we couldn’t sleep. Karaoke music from opposite the hotel runs till at least 3am in the morning and the hotel does not provide ear plugs. Good location for nightlife lovers but we have been exploring the island during the day so the loud noise was not good. The view of the hotel couldn’t compensate my sleep quality…also bed linens were too thin and uncomfortable pillow. These could be improved.
