”The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention.”

”We were apprehensive after reading previous reviews, however we were positively surprised. Our family room was large and spacious and the beds very comfortable. The deco is dated but everything was clean, the staff lovely and what a view!! If you want luxury, 5* accommodation, this isn't for you. If you want a comfortable, friendly hotel to stay in while having easy access to the town centre of St Ives, this is it.”

”We had a great stay at the Lifeboat Inn. The room had an amazing view over the harbour. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very welcoming and friendly ”

”Very nice staff and super nice location. Lovely old building. Decorative pillows little bit dirty but otherwise good. Would appreciate if there were slippers to be used when going to the spa. BTW sauna was good, even for a Finn.”

”Maggie greeted us and checked us in. She was amazing! So helpful and informative. Remembered our names the who way through our stay which made us feel so welcome. The hotel was gorgeous! All areas were incredible. Our room was beautiful and the sea view was glorious. Food in the restaurant was great, including breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend.”
