”We were in Pune for a wedding. Stayed 5 nights. Service was excellent at reception, restaurant, and bar. A nice large room, comfortable bed, with all amenities. Hotel in good location for old city”

”Avoid this place at all costs! Booked a room with AC as advertised on Expedia. They tried to charge me extra for the AC and were not accepting all the info I had saying AC is included. The staff were completely unreasonable. The WiFi does not even reach the room. The room, sheets, and shower room are dirty and smelly. It's very noisey outside and in. The hotel is gross, piles of litter and overflowing bins in the corridors, and the area is not nice, there are nice places for the same price...

I informed them my check out in the morning by 6 am and ensure hot water. And nobody there to ensure hot water availability in the morning before I check out ”
