”Very clean, central and quiet. Ticked all the boxes.”

”Very clean and comfortable. Staff is super helpful at breakfast time, and breakfast has plenty options.”

”This lodge worked out perfectly only 20 to Heathrow Free parking and cooked to order breakfast plus cereal granola yogurt fruit coffee machine The room was spotless and lovely bedding comfortable too! There was tea making pot tv a fan too! Jay the manager was very helpful and friendly!!”

”Huone oli jääkylmä. Ravintolapalvelut heikot. Pyysin kuitin hotellilaskusta sähköpostiin, enkä ole vieläkään saanut sitä. Lähetin hotelliin sähköpostia, mutta siihen ei ole vastattu.”

”Good property and great breakfast for a stay close to Heathrow. But the hotel does need to look at the air con in the room. 27 degrees all night and no way to control it within the room. When I told the duty receptionist about this he just shrugged that I should have called reception and maintenance at 1:00 in the morning!!!! Not good enough. However all restaurant and bar staff were highly attentive and courteous.”

”Pros: Check in and restaurant staff were excellent. This is a fair priced hotel within walking distance to Windsor Castle. Food in the restaurant was good although service was a little slow. Not many other restaurant options in the area. Breakfast buffet was good and well staffed. Cons: hotel is near Legoland and a lot of families with young children stay here. There is a foosball table in the restaurant and it is quite loud with kids playing in the evening when you’re trying to enjoy your...

”Initially, the manager of this guest house was helpful and offered to set up the beds as two singles instead of a double, which was better for us. We had to pay £10 extra to check in 1pm instead of 3pm, but at least that helped with our plans for the day. Unfortunately, during the stay we encountered a number of issues, the most serious being that we appear to have been bitten by bed bugs. Further issues included a strong mouldy smell in the whole accommodation (it was hard to let fresh air in...

”breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all. The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay”

”Hyvä sijainti, museomainen hotelli. Vähän nukkavieru mutta sympaattinen.”

”Outstanding service and incredibly friendly staff! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!”

”Room was clean but very basic. Mattresses could do with being replaced as very worn. Air conditioning not working, replaced with a fan. Doesn't appear to have had any money spent on it since being an immigration hotel.”

”Horrible”

”Worked well, cheapest place by far in the area and room was quite nice. Staff were very friendly”

”Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...
