”The linens need improvement they were of poor quality. The bathrooms tubs and showers could use updating and/or cleaning. The king bed and futon could be updated. adding hooks or bars to the bathroom walls would be helpful ”

”This was a great location for all we planned on seeing in this section of Pennsylvania. The home was very clean and neat; roomy and nice design; had everything you would need to prepare meals; quiet and peaceful backyard. We saw an Eagle, a Blue Heron and a Kingfisher at the creek. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely visit again if we are back in the PA Wilds.”

”The house was very clean, spotless and warm and cozy. Bedrooms were did not seem old, nice bedding. The house had a GREAT heating system, since we went in February. Dan communicates very quickly. ”

”Overall, it was ok. The location was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved the layout of the house. But the place was difficult to find after dark, as the property was not well lit, nor were any exterior lights left on. I accidentally pulled into the neighboring cabin, causing the guests to be distrupted and annoyed. The spiral staircase to the basement was a little sketchy, and the furniture in the basement area was broken. The blinds on the sliding door were also broken, so it provided no...

”Pet friendly to a degree”

”This was the 2nd time my three friends and I stayed here for an annual HS reunion of sorts. As with last year, we had a good time! The bedrooms are nice with a little room to move about. The house was clean. We did plenty of cooking in the kitchen, too. There were no issues so there was no need to reach out to the host during our stay. My only criticism would be the cooking pans could be better, but we made do. There's a good chance we'll try for this place again next year!”
