”We are family of four with 2 kids and we booked the big deluxe cottage with double bedroom.
To be honest it was our best experience in uk ever.
Property is very well maintained and this cottage had kitchen as well, so well equipped that you can cook anything in there, giant living room and bedrooms also very spacious.
Property is done very tastefully with wooden floorings etc.
We travelled from Leicester and it was our first time in Cornwall and it was worthy.
There are trails and green area...

- Booked 2 x twin rooms but only gave one key card. When we asked and received the second card it blocked access for the original card. This happened for both rooms we booked.
- We stayed 4 nights, it's frustrating that you have to request cleaning by 10am for the following day.
- When cleaning was requested, they made the bed but did not clean the bathroom or replace the towels. When we asked ast...

”A really tranquil and well thought out hotel. Great little touches like including an anniversary card in the room for us, and extra amenities in the spa. The staff were friendly and polite, the food was good quality. We ordered room service and the cheesecake was possibly the best I've ever had, it really was perfect 😂😍 the room was spacious and had a lovely little balcony with furniture, we even saw rabbits hopping around adding to the relaxing, retreat vibes.
