”Breakfast was amazing. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The one downside I did have was literally I didn’t have an ensuite bathroom. I had to use a communal down the hall shower room and toilet other than that I can’t fault the place this is Jason the Chef”

”We had a fantastic stay at the Pinewood Camping Pods and were very impressed overall. A small thing to note is that the main car park is on the opposite side of the bridge, so you may need to walk over with your luggage. The resort does offer a shuttle service, but it’s worth arranging this in advance. The food was excellent. We ate at the Garden Room and were really impressed with both the quality and the range of options, especially for children. We also had dinner at the Bear Lodge...

”The stay was a very pleasant experience - all clean and neat - very friendly staff - excellent dinner - delicious. Could improve - 1. Exhaust fan in the toilet. 2. Toilet cleaning brush. 3. Instructions about room and stay.”

”Only an overnight stop on way to Dover ferry (30 min drive). Everything was very clean and large comfortably bed and bedroom overlooking the beach. Some parts of the hotel could do with a little upgrade but that didn't put me off. Staff was very polite, efficient and professional. The bar was very up to date other than it closed at 1030. That said, I'm glad as I was up at 5am. Great location, especially if you would like a walk along the esplanade/promenade which I read was over 2 miles...

”First off, the food was wonderful. We ate in the steak restaurant onsite the evening of our arrival and our meals were truly delicious. The included breakfast was also splendid. The reason I gave the hotel a “good” rating is because our room was not what I expected. It was clean and the amenities were good, but it was small - on the top floor with smallish windows. It seemed like it should be a room for singles, not two people. And while the bed was comfortable, the furniture honestly...

”Room cleaned but had very old smell. Construction sound outside (they can't help it but just be aware) I plugged in my laptop and it blew the fuse in the room. Parking is pricy as is the restaurant but still nice to have. Staff, fantastic - no notes.”

”Shower head holder is broken and you need to hold it manually! Room is next to the road and is very noisy with traffic noise. Breakfast is good with fresh fruits. There is no air con and no fans to lend to customers when we asked.”

”The family room was a good size and clean unfortunately the double bed had a dreadful squeak at every movement! However for one nights stay it was absolutely fine. I needed to wash and sterilise some baby bottles and despite it being 10pm the staff were very helpful and came back to give me access to the kitchen and microwave ( which again was very clean and tidy) we left too early for breakfast but I wouldn’t hesitate to book again for an overnight stop”

”Onhan vahna ja hieno hotelli päästetty huonoon kuntoon. Kaksi vuotta sitten sama eikä oltu tehty mitään. Kylpyhuoneen pistorasia oli irti eikä antanut sähkö kuin pätkittäin. Lattiat nasirivat, viemärit eivät vetäneet ja jos veti niin lavuaarin vesi pulpahti ammeeseen kaikkine hiekkoineen. Sänky oli kauhea.”
