”Loved our stay. Was absolutely brilliant. Staff were incredible. Room extremely clean. Good was brilliant. Could not speak highly enough of this property. Would absolutely recommend. ”

”The location was excellent and the price made it a very reasonable option. The room was clean, and although I did have to change rooms due to a broken air conditioning unit, this was handled without disrupting my sleep or overall stay too much. Parking was straightforward once I realised you need to drive right up to the shutters to access the intercom for entry. That said, the hotel does feel a little tired in places. ”We didn't get the type of room we paid for and the mattress was beyond uncomfortable, had a very thin duvet and only 2 very thin pillows. Spoke to reception the following morning and were moved immediately. Next room was more like what we were expecting. Mattress still uncomfortable where you could feel the springs, duvet & pillows were the same as other room. Shower head wasn't working properly, spoke to reception and to be fair she had it changed whilst we were out getting breakfast.”

”The staff were great the room was great,but the breakfast was a not a fry up but a continental breakfast and I think it should be mentioned as the advert says great breakfast and should have described it correctly ”

”The staff were lovely, they were all so friendly and helpful especially Fay and Callum. The room was nice, had a Mountain View, bathroom had lovely shower, nice fluffy white towels. Everything lovely and clean, plugs by the bed and enough plugs in the room. Window shutters are great. But - there is no on-site parking, it states that there is. Parking is a public road opposite the hotel, free, but it gets very busy. And the restaurant was really noisy when we were there on a weekend. Good food.”

”Hotellin läheisyydessä ei ole mitään ja ravintola ei toimi sunnuntaisin eikä aamiainen ole mahdollista maanantai aamuina. Hotelli on siisti , hieman vanhahko mutta kaikki toimii, huoneet koleita jo syyskuussa eikä suihkusta tule kuumaa vettä,lammintä tulee muttei kuumaa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.”

”The location was nice. We had a sea view room. The problem is that the room also faced the road and we could hear cars all night. And, the mattress was the worst I have ever come across in a hotel. It would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The bathroom had heated floors however, which was very nice. ”

”I loved my stay the room was clean tidy and neat and loads of space and the staff were lovely very kind friendly and welcoming and loved how the staff refilled my coffee milk sugar without having to ask for more Will go again and fully recommend staying at the bayside and right on the beach ”
