This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Sandy Shores has a killer view of the intracoastal. Relax on your balcony and watch the drawbridge go up and down all day long as beautiful boats traverse the blue waterways.

Brand new furniture as well as paint and flooring throughout the condo, with beautiful new countertops to match. You won't get a newer and nicer condo.

There is 1 king sized bed, 2 full sized, and 1 twin bed.

This condo is complete with all the necessities for your vacation. Full kitchen, complete with all pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for all your guests. Show off your culinary skills, and wow your beau on a romantic vacation. Or just save money feeding the kids better food and not eating out the whole week!

Coin operated laundry is available on all floors.

As a John's Pass Condo's guest you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes. We also have on site maintenance to handle repairs in your condo if necessary. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

Area was good. But they had a water issue our last night there which I understand you can't prevent things. But the property manager/lady that answers the phone calls was extremely rude. She told me I didn't have to check out at 10 I could stay which I only stayed till 11/30 and she said she never said that and how are they cleaning without running water. I asked who I could contact for a credit of one night she talked over kept telling me to vacate right now which I was already out of the room. I get money wasn't priority I just was asking who I could contact since I'm not from here and she just said oh they will contact you. Sorry no they will not. Overall willNever stay there again. And sand was in our bed.

I realize that the area has just suffered from two hurricanes but the condo was not clean, several bugs and flies on the floor, a papertowel and dirt along the edges. We noticed that the unit did not have a smoke detector, none of the remotes worked for the tvs, the shower curtain kept falling because it wasn't fastened to the wall. I do have to say that when I called the office, they always answered and resolved the issue right a way

I had a very disappointing stay at Sandy Shores Condominiums. Right from the beginning, the communication was terrible. I tried using the app to contact the host, but the responses were either very delayed or vague. It felt like I was being ignored, which set a bad tone for the entire stay. When I arrived, they told me the room would be ready an hour before the official check-in time, but when I got there, the room was a mess, like someone had just checked out. It was nowhere near clean. I was told they'd let me know when the room was finally ready, but even an hour before the official check-in, it still wasn't prepared. After complaining, things got worse. They moved me from room to room twice, and the final room was nothing like what I had originally booked. It was in terrible condition—the beds were uncomfortable, the closet didn’t have proper doors, and the bathroom was filthy. To top it off, the shower curtain was broken and had fallen off. The entire room was poorly maintained, with none of the cleanliness I had expected, especially after paying half the stay upfront for a cleaning fee. This chaotic and frustrating experience left me deeply unsatisfied. I would not recommend Sandy Shores Condominiums to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Review

Pros: - beautiful beach and easy access, nice pool. -excellent location, across the street from John’s pass with all the shops and restaurants only a few minutes of walking distance. -Price was reasonable -Full kitchen with most of what you need to make a decent meal for the family. They had coffee, and condiments. -the agreement was clear that if you’re staying more than 2 nights, bring extra supplies, towels, toiletries. We did bring extra of everything so we had no issues. Cons: -Pillow cases were clean, but linens were absolutely gross. The bed covers looked and smelled like they haven’t been washed in months (not exaggerating). I called when we got the condo, but it was after hours and they were taking emergency calls only. I sent a message through the app, and by the time I got a reply a day later, we had already checked out, because we stayed only two nights. -The description of the views isn’t accurate. You can barely see the bridge and the water. It wasn’t that bothersome for us because we mainly spend time on the beach, but it would’ve been a nice bonus. -washer and dryer are located outside the unit for the whole floor use, coin operated. Didn’t look clean enough for us to feel comfortable using them.

Very clean, great location, good with kids

Very clean rooms, beds were clean and comfortable, and a lot in the condo looked brand new (furniture, appliances...). Seemed quiet though I imagine that depends on who other guests are. Room was stocked with things like toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee filters, and cooking oil - things that aren't easy to buy a one week quantity of. John's pass is a fun location, lots of restaurants on the water, the rest is basically all shopping, but good if you like that. Beach is nice in this area, clean and not crazy busy. Sand is white and very soft, and the water was blue and clear. Very beautiful. Small negatives: Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived and took a few days to get in touch with maintenance to get it fixed (mostly because I couldn't figure out how to contact maintenance. They did fix it though. Pans had all the Teflon coming off/scratched. If you planned for a lot of cooking, you'd want another pan. Other than that, no complaints. We had a nice stay and lots of fun.

Great location, fit 6 of us comfortably, kitchen was fully stocked, cute place and very clean. Beach was incredible and loved being right across the street from John’s Pass. Would definitely return.

Girls getaway

The condo was extremely clean decorated very nice had a very small view of the beach easy access to beach, and very easy to get across the street under the bridge to Johns Pass. Would recommend that cleaning service checks lights there were two lights that did nothing but blink. One was in the guest room so we had no light in the guest room because it was like a strobe light and one of the center lights in the kitchen constantly blink. Also would recommend a blackout curtain in the guest room the hall light from outside shined in the bedroom.

Love the Gulf and John’s Pass

We came for a week with family, check in was at 4 but was ready by 3pm so we were allowed to go to our room… which had not been touched from previous renter. The property manager on duty had another room he could give us for the night and we had to move to our original room by 2pm the next day so that room could be cleaned for the the renters. Both rooms were nice and updated. There was just a mix up on rooms that had to be cleaned and the manager made it right.

Good Location

Pros: The Condo was clean, and in fair condition. I would consider renting here again. Cons: There are a few small items that should be taken care of. The place looked freshly painted however they didn't fill in the holes from the old curtain rods. A few drawers in the kitchen would not stay shut and stay open about 3". Some of the pans and cooking utensils should be thrown out . No place to hang close in the 2nd bedroom. Put a rod up in the closet.

Nice but zero amenities or response

The place was nice but there were literally zero amenities. No dish soap, not a single sponge, no shampoo, only one pod to run the dishwasher and one extra trash bag. The dishwasher had been run but was totally overstuffed and the dishes only got half clean. Food and lipstick stained dishes greeted us with nothing to clean them with. Then, the light went out in the bathroom and when I reached out, I got zero response. We had three days of bathroom by lamp. Not ideal. In addition, the directions for where to park and even the unit number was a bit unclear in the email. The location of the place was nice and we still enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t book again.

All started when we got changed from the condo we originally booked, it took 3 phone calls to get the new confirmation. I was sent the condo information the day we were to check in. We were given 3 access codes, only 1 worked. Had to call at 9:00 pm because we could not get into our condo. The condo was dirty and the balcony was filled with toys and things. Doubt we will stay again.
