The space
Minutes from Sunset Beach, Howard Park, and the world-famous Sponge Docks. Dunedin's downtown and breweries are a short drive, close to Honeymoon Islands and Caladesi. Clearwater Beach is about 25 minutes away, and Tampa is roughly 35-40 minutes out, making this an easy home base for exploring the whole Pinellas County coast. Quick access to the Pinellas Trail.
