Tämä 2 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneiston huoneisto sijaitsee Sunset Paradisessa Indian Rocks Beachillä. Vaikka itse yksiköllä ei ole Persianlahden näkymää, se sijaitsee Persianlahden puolella, joten sinun ei tarvitse ylittää katua päästäksesi rannalle. Tämä yksikkö on vain muutaman askeleen päässä monimutkaisesta uima-altaasta ja rannalta. Condo kunnostettiin hiljattain kattotuuletinta, vuodevaatteista ja tyynypatjoista taulutelevisioihin molemmissa makuuhuoneissa ja olohuoneissa. Huoneisto on maalattu ylhäältä alas .. Keittiössä on kauniit kalusteet, graniitti työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut kodinkoneet ja hyvin varustetut lomallesi. Siellä on baari / ruokailupaikka, jossa on jopa 5 istumapaikkaa niille aterioille, joihin aiot ruokailla!

Kohteliaisuutena kaikille vieraillemme tarjoamme rantatuoleja, rantapyyhkeitä ja aurinkovarjo. Kaikki ovat yksikössä ja ovat valmiita nauttimaan vierailustasi. Muutamia mainitsemisen arvoisia mukavuuksia olisi 2 katettu / varattu autopaikka ja ilmainen internet.

Allas- / kylpytynnyri-alue on hyvin hoidettu ja huollettu useita kertoja viikossa. Altaan kannella on paljon istuimia ja 2 ruokapöytää sateenvarjoilla. Kaikki Sunset Paradisen vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään uima-allasta ja grillipaikkaa.

I was very excited at how this unit showed in pictures. Check-in was a breeze. I made a mistake on my reservation and wrote the host about it but never received a response.We stay at Indian Rocks several times a year. This unit was much higher than we have ever paid for the area. When we arrived, the unit was so dark. Its proximity to beach was wonderful however, unit was not well stocked, not enough mugs for coffee, really worn out pots and pans. It was not clean, and we were greeted by a roach in our bedroom one morning. It was extremely overpriced for the unit and its current state.

The place was very clean and had more beach stuff than we could use! While the balcony didn't overlook the beach (we knew that when we booked), it was just a short walk through the parking deck and you were on the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

My overall experience was great! The condo was as described.The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the pool area, which is out of your control. People left their floats and items everywhere daily (in the pool and outside the pool). It was also very cloudy and dirty. The pump didn’t seem to be running at all.

Great stay!

My family had a very nice stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. We had an issue initially with check-in, but I appreciated that the owner was available and immediately took care of it within seconds. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this condo!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The location was great and within walking distance to several restaurants/shops. It was a short drive to the water park too. We loved spending time at the beach and pool, and the sunset views were incredible. We had an issue with getting the WiFi to connect (due to a storm) and Cameron replied immediately and helped us resolve the issue. We will definitely stay here again and have told others about it too. Indian Rocks Beach is a fun beach town within close proximity to Clearwater Beach. There’s so much to see and do in this area. 10/10 recommend. We can’t wait to visit again in the future!

Convenient location

This was the second time we have stayed in this general area in IRB. Condo location is great, you are steps away from the beach. The condo itself is nothing fancy, but it was clean and well maintained. It was great that a variety of beach toys and chairs were provided. Manager was quick to respond to my txt messages when we had things come up. My only complaint is the lack of paper products and trash bags provided. IMO, if you're going to market the condo as able to fit 6 people then an appropriate amount of household items should be provided (i.e. one roll of paper towels and one extra trash bag isn't it). If location is your top priority then this is a great place to stay.

July Vacation 2024

We have been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and have stayed in many condos. This condo was clean and well appointed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were all very comfortable, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The condo was steps to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as other sand toys. available for our use which was very convenient. I did have to contact the property manager to resolve a small issue and he was very responsive. I would recommend this condo to friends and family if they are looking for a nice and affordable condo for their stay in Indian Rocks.

We had a wonderful time on our first ever trip to Indian Shores. The condo was clean,and close to svereal restaurants,and most of all steps away from the beautiful ocean. We will be back.

Perfect Beach Week

We've been coming to IRB for years but this was bybfar our best rental!! Location was perfect--steps to the beach, of course, but also just steps to multiple restaurants and, most important, icecream. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Loved that the kids had their own bathroom attaches to their room. Condo layout was also ideal for teens that like to sleep in and a mom who gets up at dawn! I didnt have to worry about waking anyone up. We will definitely try to book again in future years.

Great stay!

We had a lovely sisters/mom trip. The hosts were prompt in responding. Just wish there was more toilet paper/garbage bags ect since it’s no fun to worry about running out of them on a trip. Overall very great. Pool was wonderful and we could walk right to the beach! The beach chairs and boogie boards may need an update, they’re broken and rusty. We had a wonderful time! Catch a charter boat to Egmont Key island and Shell Key island and tour them and collect shells! Dolphins played behind the boat and it was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Spacious condo

The bedrooms had their own bathrooms. It has a full size kitchen and a livingroom. We enjoyed a cup of joe in the balcony before heading or either to the pool or beach. We were also able to use the gas grill. There are also a few restaurants that are walking distance from the condo. It was the perfect place for relaxation.

Indian Rocks 2023 Vacation

Just as advertised. Had everything we needed and more. Pool steps from unit and beach was awesome with a 30 second walk from the pool. Perfect location in the heart of Indian Rocks. Looking forward to planning our next vacation here.
