(additional guest parking permitted upon request) There is a pack n' play & a highchair for little ones. BEING ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS IS A MUST- THERE IS NO ELEVATOR THERE. Beach supplies & towels are there to use.

Located on the North (quiet) end of the World Famous Clearwater Beach. Far enough away from the "busy" end of the beach that it feels like a private beach! But close enough to still enjoy the shops & restaurants. Quiet, private feeling beach with sugar white sands. An older building with lots of character. We have been working diligently on updating all of the units there.

There are world famous restaurants just a 1/2 mile away. Walk there on the beach or the sidewalk. Golf cart rentals, Jolley Trolley, Uber, Lyft, etc

This condo is located on the 2nd floor (2nd level, because ground level is parking) and being able to climb stairs is a must. There is no elevator. Please note, Florida has a lot of different types of possible annoyances (or features!) that are out of our control- Like excessive seaweed, red-tide, Lovebug season, mosquitoes, bugs, etc. Please have patience & understanding for any possible issues we have to work through. I will always do my best to make your trip the best it can be! If there is anything that I'm aware of before your stay, I will certainly let you know ahead of time.
