Clearwater tarjoaa näennäisesti loputtoman auringonpaisteen ja lievän lauhkean ilmaston. Se sijaitsee ihanteellisella paikalla Meksikonlahdella Floridan länsirannikolla.

Taulutelevisio HD: llä jokaisessa huoneessa.

Tämä äskettäin rakennettu huoneisto on valtava (yli 1856 s. F.) Ja se sijaitsee kauniin Harborview Granden 6. kerroksessa.

Nauti 360 asteen näkymistä Meksikonlahdelle ja sisävesiväylille.

Pidä aamiainen lounas tai illallinen suurella parvekkeella ja tarkkaile veneitä kulkevan. Delfiinit ovat valinnaisia, mutta takaamme maailman kauneimmat auringonlaskut ja auringonlaskut!
Löydät myös nopea langaton internetyhteys koko huoneistossa.

Vuokraamme mieluummin lauantaista lauantaihin.

Tämä kaunis kaupunki on ollut kotini yli 30 vuotta. Rakastan sitä täällä ja tunnen olevansa siunattu joka päivä.
Minulla on myös "Cesare At The Beach", erinomainen italialainen ravintola, vain 1 korttelin päässä eteläpuolella huoneisto.

Everything was great. The only issues we had were they put the wrong pass code for the gate entry. We, also, needed some kleenex and we found the towels in the dryer. The main shower was great and the condo was huge. Great location, walking distance to everything. Thanks Carlo

Lovely location-perfect for walking and when tired, the Jolly Trolley got us where we needed to go. Communication was excellent! Viewed dolphins off the balcony, Taco Bus across the street was a food favorite, and walk to the beach was quick! Beds were comfortable and A/C worked great. My recommendations-would be helpful to have limited seasonings such as salt and pepper, cooking oil spray, dish soap and more kitchen towels.

We will definitely book this condo again. Walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, & beach. Having 2 parking spots was a plus! Saw lots of dolphins from our balcony & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. Condo was super spacious for all 8 of us.

We had a great stay in this condo. The location is great. I think the best part is the amazing view from the balcony. It really is beautiful. We saw otters and dolphins during our stay. The condo is large and great for everyone to spread out. The master bed was very comfy and shower amazing too. The pool is small but we never used it, just went to the beach! Great restaurants right outside your door. Can't beat it! We appreciated the covered parking when we arrived as there was a downpour.

Perfect location, close enough to walk to everything but just off the beaten path enough to relax and get away from the crowds. We watched the dolphins play in the back yard daily and even saw an otter. Very relaxing to sit on the back patio and watch the boats. The home was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo had everything we wanted. Beds are comfortable. Traffic near the condo is very heavy. Fortunately many restaurants are within walking distance. Beach is very crowded.

We LOVED our stay here! The view was amazing, we watched the sunrise over the bay every morning. The property was super clean and had lots of room for our large family! Perfect walking distance to everything in Clearwater, 5 min walk to the beach! Even on the hottest days it wasn’t bad! Overall 24435533/10 would recommend!!!!

The pictures that are shown do not do this place justice!! It’s a great house in a great location. There were 6 adults in the house and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short car ride away. If I go back to Clearwater I would stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo! It is very spacious for a family and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Super quiet and relaxing. The king bed was very comfortable and the condo was very clean. I loved the huge tub in the master bathroom! Carlos is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The location is nice and within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again! The only suggestion is to replace the hairdryer as it only provided cool air and took my hair a long time to dry and fix the bathroom sink in the small bathroom as the drain appeared to be clogged and drained very slowly. Excellent place to stay. Don’t hesitate to book this one!!!
