This beautifully furnished, two bedroom, two bath, Gulf-front, ground-floor condominium is located only 200 feet from the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Belleair Beach. Decorated with a European flair, this condominium has granite countertops. stainless steel appliances. marble floors. and a large wine cooler. The great room view of the Gulf has five large sliding glass doors while the Master bedroom has a two sliding glass door view of the Gulf.

This condominium features a private entrance, two assigned parking spaces, direct access to the Gulf, along with a swimming pool overlooking the Gulf. The unit is fully furnished with king size bed in the Master and twin beds in the second bedroom. Belleair Beach is a residential community on the Gulf of Mexico. It is only 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport. 90 minutes to Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

We are only minutes from world famous Clearwater Beach where you will find restaurants, attractions, cruises, golf, sport fishing, parasailing, sail boat rentals, ski boat rentals, jet skiing, concerts, miniature golf, tennis, and much more. So come stroll the beautiful white dunes and swim with the dolphins.🐬

This condos location can’t be beat. Literally steps to the sand and pool. Beach has been refurbished since hurricane and is full of white sand. This condo has very comfortable beds, full kitchen and plenty of towels and beach gear. My wife and I will definitely stay again.

AMAZING! Perfect location. Steps away from the sand. This condo was an absolute dream. Perfectly appointed , You have everything you need. Tons of beach stuff in the closet. Sam is an amazing host. Excellent communication throughout the process. Even checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again for years to come!

This beachfront condo is exactly as pictured! It is a clean, updated place with an amazing location! The pool was clean and warm. The beach is steps from the patio. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, floats, noodles, and sand buckets for use. There was even a kite in the closet though we did not get it out. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels as stated in description. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is an ice machine for filling a thermos for the beach. There is a coffee machine with regular brew or k-cups. We did not cook dinner here, but it seemed there were lots of pots and pans available. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away in Indian Rocks Beach or in Clearwater Beach. The beach is pretty empty in August in this area. No lifeguards, but safe and clean. The other renters in this complex were very friendly. My tween daughter would say this was her favorite family trip! I would not hesitate to rent from Sam again. He was very responsive and quickly dealt with an issue with the sliding glass door handle. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. He was a great host!

This beachfront paradise was amazing!!! The home was exceptionally clean, updated and had everything you would possibly need. The pool and private beach were only steps away from your patio. This is a very quiet, small and well maintained complex…perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owner, Sam, was also exceptionall…..was forthcoming with all information needed for the stay and always informative and prompt in responding. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we plan to visit again!!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo located directly on the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! What makes this condo so special, is that it's just steps away from the beach. Also, this condo is located in a smaller complex which makes for less crowds at the pool and beach. The owner was an absolute joy to work with and very responsive if you need anything during your stay!

Amazing property!

The property is located RIGHT on the beach and next to the pool. The water was crystal clear and not crowded. Sam was very communicative during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I cannot emphasize how amazing the condo was-it was clean, well decorated, and stocked with everything. I can’t wait to go back!

AMAZING STAY

Enjoyed location and that it is steps from the sand! When we walked in the GROUND LEVEL condo it smelled so nice and was super clean. The ocean is at eye level! Condo is exactly as pictured and described. There were plenty of towels/beach towels and wash cloths. Sam also had an entire outside closet with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, tents, toys, and even fishing poles to use! The space was really wonderful and quiet. Just want we wanted! Sam was very attentive throughout the entire trip!

Great little place in paradise

This condo sits foot steps away from the beach. The view from your living room and patio is absolutely breathtaking. The Gulf of Mexico in this part of Florida is between emerald green and sapphire blue, depending on the day. It is a great place for families or couples. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Sam was a wonderful host!! He was available for any question or issue we had. We only had a couple of questions the first day and after that we didn't really need any more assistance because everything was provided in this beautiful condo unit. Sam goes the extra mile in doing beautiful, artistic touches with the towels, as well as providing paper goods and toiletry items. There is a Publix nearby if you happen to need anything else. This was a wonderful experience for our special anniversary trip. I would highly recommend this beautiful place and Sam as a wonderful host.

Bellaire Beach get away.

Our stay was wonderful in all aspects with one exception. The Red Tide made our 1st five days very uncomfortable. Anytime you went outside on the deck, by the pool and on the beach your nose would run, your nose and throat burned and a constant cough. Finally on our 6th day the wind changed to the northwest and it was pleasant outside. I don't know what Florida is going to do about the Red Tide.

The condo is in a great location. Spacious and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Gulf and sunsets. Sam was a wonderful host. He reached out a couple times to make sure everything was to our liking and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

We had the best vacation here that we have ever had. The condo, the location, the ease of dealing with Scott and Will and the peacefulness of Belleair Beach can not be duplicated in our eyes.
