This 3-bedroom, 2-1/2-bathroom condo hotel suite offers stunning views of the Bay, Honeymoon Island, and Dunedin. It has room for 8 with one King bed, with a safe, two Queen beds, plus a full-sized sofa bed. The suite is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and supplies for cooking and full-sized washer and dryer. The private balcony provides the perfect place watch the sun rise. Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window. Our guests have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included in your VRBO payment. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ daily will apply. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in will apply if you bring your dog. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in .Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
