Nice place. Very clean and beautiful view. The kitchen is a lacking though. Literally NO complimentary amenities like coffee, seasonings, aluminum foil, etc. The pots and pans were very cheap and very scratched. Didn't feel comfortable using them to even fry an egg. Condo is ok, but the view is excellent. Not sure I'd stay here again though.

Great First Stay at St. Pete Beach

We stayed for 5 nights. The location was great and so were the views from the property. One morning while we were enjoying the sunrise from the fishing dock, a couple of dolphins swam right by us. The condo was decorated with a tasteful coastal theme and I appreciated the items provided, like beach chairs and cooler bags. I would stay here again.

Great location and clean updated condo

I was very pleased with our stay. The location was great, with many restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also a short walk. The condo and all common areas were clean. The pool was a nice size and had a nice bay view. The condo had beach chairs, and the condo association had other items that could be borrowed, such as boogie boards, bocce ball, tennis rackets, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is very clean. Nice views from the balcony and the ladies in the office are so helpful! My only complaint would be the mattresses in the unit. They were uncomfortable and the blender needs to be replaced, but I know they get a lot of use!

Best St Pete location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in the perfect location-sunset from the front balcony and sunrises from the back balcony. It's just the right size, clean, updated, and has everything needed. Only two minor things-LR tv is not a smart tv so no ability to stream your shows. And no mop, so paper towel shuffeling did the trick for keeping up with sand on the floors. Otherwise we love this condo! Staff is very responsive and helpful.

Great Condo but desperately needs a new bed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property and condo was exactly what my family of 4 needed. Being on the top floor was perfect for morning sunrises and the beach chairs and coolers made beach days way more convenient. Our only complaint is the king mattress was God awful. Pretty much like sleeping in hammock. If the owner replaces the mattress, we'll be back!

Sunrise enjoyment.

All very good except our apartment,609,although very comfortable, the bed linen was poor quality, there wasn’t enough back up.e:g: pillow cases. Various items in the kitchen were sparse or non existent. e:g: zero tea spoons. The tea/coffee mugs were huge and there were only four in the cupboard, we bought a couple. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

Exquisite home

This unit is just exquisite. The decor was beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need. The bathrooms are wonderful and relaxing. The couches are very comfortable The views are amazing, beautiful Boca Ciego Bay from the large, covered-balcony overlooking the pool, tennis/pickle ball court, shuffle board courts and dock for fishing. The sunrises across the bay are magnificent!! The front sitting area has a beautiful view of St Pete Beach (just a short walk away) and the gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking! There are chairs, umbrellas and everything you need for the beach!!! Helpful when flying or limited in what you can bring. This unit is one of my favorites!!

Great Place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at the Sunrise Resort almost every year since 2005. We love the convenience and the cleanliness of the grounds. When booking, some of the units come with parking under the building which is nice. The only cons we can find, since all units are individually owned, some are not as equipped as others, Ex: towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. but for the majority they are well stocked. Also, guest parking isn't always available. If you have more than one car for your unit, you may need to find parking elsewhere.Overall, its a great place. We will definitely be returning next year.

Perfect St Pete Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have spent many vacations at this property. The unit is as pictured and was very clean. We loved the bay and beach views on the 6th floor! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with dish ware and utensils. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing! We saw manatees in the bay every day of our stay. This is a family friendly resort and we have made several new friends over the years. This condo is in an excellent location for shopping and dining out, most within walking distance. Beach access is just across the street. Management with wonderful to deal with while booking our stay and with any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year as we highly recommend the Sunrise Resort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Idyllic setting!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sunset Resort and specifically Unit 609 were perfect for our family vacation. The unit had everything we needed for having flown in for a beach vacation -- beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers. I selected this unit for the balcony view and it did not disappoint. Perfect place for coffee in the morning. Saw dolphins from our balcony the first morning there. We will definitely be back. Short walk to the beach and the nearest beach access does not have public parking so it was not busy at all. Absolutely perfect!
