Nauti kaikesta, mitä rannalla on tarjota hiljattain remontoidussa studiossasi! Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannasta, huoneistoasi sijaitsee kätevästi Gulf Boulevardilla Redington Beachillä, lähellä monia ravintoloita, baareja ja nähtävyyksiä!

Tämä moderni, puhdas ja viihtyisä studio on täysin varustettu kaikilla mukavuuksilla: Queen-size-murphy-sänky, lipasto, kaapeli-TV, ilmainen WiFi, pyyhkeet / liinavaatteet ja rantatuolit. Täysin varustetussa keittiössäsi on: graniittitasot, jääkaappi, liesi, liesituuletin, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin, bistro-ruokasarja ja astiat / ruokailuvälineet.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our Redington Beach stay. Our accommodation was clean, bed was very comfortable and it was well stocked with towels, kitchen stuff and also beach stuff. The hosts were easy to communicate with, always replying to messages within a short time. We would love to stay there again some day.

Nice Studio suite. Clean, has everything you need. Beach chairs available to use. Pool is right outside the door. Beach is 2 minute walk. Beach was nice and peaceful.

Great small studio right on the beach

We have stayed at royal orleans before everything was great as expected! A bonus in their closet they had all the stuff for hanging at the beach like chairs and umbrella and a wagon to get it out there. Definitely will try to stay again!

A Palmetto bug is still a cockroach!

We had issues with cockroaches in our room. Paid a cleaning fee! Emailed owner had a few conversations, many excuses. I am not impressed with this person and his dealings. Asked for the cleaning fee to be refunded...he agreed. A week later, it has not been sent. Disappointing.

A must stay! Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained condo! Love the Beach theme decor to make you feel that you're on vacation and not just staying in some hotel room! They provided beach chairs and umbrella to use and also had a play pen available for our baby to sleep in! Owners were very easy to communicate with when we had questions and would check in with us to see if we needed anything. Will definatley be booking this place again if we are ever in the area!

Great location for a quick getaway!

I needed a place to stay for a friend’s wedding and decided to also make a mini vacation out of it. All of the hotels were pretty pricey, so I came looking for a rental. This condo was perfect for me, small but private, close to the wedding venue, and easy beach access. Check-in and check-out was very easy and all instructions were clearly communicated. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay again. I would also recommend it to any other single travelers or a couple.

Loved being able to walk to get coffee at Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse + local bars & restaurants. Also, enjoyed being so close to the beach & able to enjoy the sunset. The owners are very nice people. Would stay again.

Perfect Spot Across from the Beach

Location is great. The owners are very accommodating to our needs. Any questions we have, the owners make sure that our needs are met. The properties manager is usually around every day to help each day.

We’ll be back!

This was our second year at this unit and will be back for a third. Can’t beat the location and facility. Unfortunately our stay was interrupted by covid 19 epidemic and the beaches and our pool were closed. All in all we had a great time.

Short Stay

Our visit was a short 4 days in FL. We did have trouble checking in as the door code provided didnt work for us. We were able to get a hold of the property owner and got the correct code. We loved the self check in because it didn't require us to provide a specific time for check in. Check out was super simple, towels in tub and that is all. Cleaning fee takes care of the rest. The property grounds are clean and it has a nice little pool. Super close to the beach. Condo has a small fridge w/freezer, 2 burner stove top, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. All the cooking and dining items you need. The sink is small as it is a kitchenette. Small table with 2 chairs. Bathroom is small but plenty of hot water. AC and ceiling fan cools down the room super quick. FL is humid so opening the windows while your at the condo will help with the indoor humidity or wet smell. The bed is super firm but comfortable if that is your style. The dresser is tall with a drawer filled with DVDs . We did see a closet filled with fun beach stuff but we didn't use any.

Schön eingerichtetes kleines Studio, das Bett quietscht leider etwas. Es ist kein Dunstabzug vorhanden, weshalb ich es eher für Leute die essen gehen empfehlen würde. Für 2 Personen ist die Größe ausreichend. Die Putzfrau könnte etwas sorgfältiger arbeiten.

The owner had a lot of extra items in the Condo for you to use. My husband and I really enjoyed this Condo. Pool was right out your front door, and the beach was right across the road. A 5 minute walk. We arrived early from our Cruise and I contacted her about being a little early. She said it was fine. Thank You.

Owner communication was great. Location of the property is perfectly in the between the pool, beach a other amenities. Nothing needed.

Cozy and perfect location.

We had a great time at this condo! The owner has provided a lot of items that came in handy for us. Access to the gulf was about a five minute walk that led you to an uncrowded beautiful beach. We have already rented the same unit for next year. The only issue we had at the condo was very slow WiFi, system should be upgraded.
