Beach Place 211 Gulf Front 3 BR

This ocean front condo is beautifully decorated with new granite kitchen and bathrooms. This unit has also has new leather furniture and 5 new queen beds, new dining room furniture, flat screen TV's and washer/dryer as well. You will also find a Keurig coffee maker and chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach. There are no expenses spared when it comes to comfort with new A/C and new hot water heater!

Enjoy beautiful sunsets and direct Gulf view from the privacy of your balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Our friendly staff will do their best to accommodate any requests or concerns you may have during your vacation getaway. Please come and enjoy the beautiful beach and soothing warm breezes as well as the local attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and fishing charters directly across the street from our condos. Free WiFi. No smoking inside the unit.

2 assigned parking spaces are included at no additional cost.

This was an amazing experience! We have the beach on one side and John’s pass on the other.. it was sorta like a resort with everything in walking distance! We had a balcony on the ocean so our moms could set there and watch the ocean when they were too tired for the stairs they were both seniors heck we’re almost seniors!! The only downfall was the no elevator. One of our moms fail down the last step two times so watch that last step. My husband did also! The elevators were down and they said they would give us 25% refund but it was more like 18%. And it wasn’t worth the time to even call them and the excuses these type of companies can give so I didn’t even try to find out why there didn’t give us the full 25% back. We also left the room clean and washed most of towels except the ones used that morning of checkout pics are from balcony and of our condo from the beach.. every sunset and rise was beautiful!

Great location

Overall very pleased w this property. The complex is a little dated but the condo has been updated. The location is great right across from John’s pass and directly on the beach. The condo is clean and well maintained. It comes with 2 parking passes, one being covered. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and a couple pool noodles. Easily sleeps 10 with 2 full bathrooms. ConsAll the beds seem to be doubles and the mattresses aren’t the best. 100 in kitchen supplies would go a long way as it has just the bare minimum. A griddle, kitchen and steak knives, kitchen towels, dish drying rack and blender would be nice. Some swifter pads to sweep sand up would also be nice. Only 1 elevator and it’s slow. This complex is adjacent to the public beach access and it can get crowded. It can also be a little noisy at night with kids cruising the public parking lot and John’s pass. Would I stay here again absolutely. The few cons are minor given the location and condition.

We have been going to Madeira Beach for years and have stayed in the condos by Johns Pass. This condo was one of the nicest, if not nicest ones we have stayed at. The booking and checkin was very smooth. Communication was great. The beds were nice. Plenty of dishes and silveware. Very nice place.

falls short

when getting to the unit, there were no instructions on how to get into the property. i pulled up the listing and mesaged the agent. she then sent the codes to get in. Condo was dirty, sand and hair everywhere, the bottoms of our feet were black. The broom that was provided had hair all over it. i moved the chair to sweep and there was food under it. the dishwasher was broken. maintenance came 2 times and it was never fixed. i didnt go on vacation to wash dishes but i did. disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

The tubs had mold and the air conditioner never got lower than 76 in the house even when set lower. The a/c was not broken, if it was it would have been much hotter in the unit. It also smelled musty. The view and location are amazing. But it’s dated even though they upgraded the kitchen, they left florescent lighting in the ceiling that is cracked. We had two spots and there was another car in our spot the whole time. The property manager gave us an alternate spot but it was at the condos next door which is a pain when moving your stuff in and out. The property mangent office was helpful but when messaging the contact listed I never got one response. I never leave reviews but this was not a good experience and if the owner just put in a little work this would be great! There is no reason you can’t bleach and clean mold from the tub!!

Great place to stay with a family. Family friendly beach and lots of shops and restaurants across the street. Nice lay out great view! I’ve maker broken but other than that no complaints.

Location, Oceanfront, Fishing in Canal….All Great!

Location is great with shopping and restaurants steps away, oceanfront balcony view which is nice in the morning for your coffee, awesome fishing spot going into the harbor and only takes a minute to get to. Now the actual condo is ok, beds are new but stiff, ok for kids but for the older folks not that comfortable. Could us some maintenance, sliding balcony door is hard to open and close. Beds are on casters would be better if it had an actual bed frame. Condo is 6.5-7 out of 10 but other attractive like the stuff listed above are 10. If you don’t spend much time in condo you’ll like it. Would I stay again? Maybe

Amazing location!

This condo has a fantastic location. As the other reviews stated, some of the details are in need of repair and attention, but I would not let that stop you from staying here. We had plenty of room to spread out (3 bedrooms) and were grateful for a second full bathroom. No ice maker, no coffee filters, but overall amazing view of the beach, sunset, and access to the powdery sand just steps away. And being able to cross the street and walk to restaurants and shops makes it totally worth it.

2nd time here

This was my second time at place. Last year nothing but kudos this trip did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival we notice ice maker broken and no ice trays,missing sheets,towels,dish cloths, floor still sandy from other guest,bedroom tv not working Maintenance and houcleaning did come but tv and icemaker could not be fixed.Did not stay in rm 208 last time so maybe that was the problem. Pool and ocean were wonderful.

Better than expected

After reading the reviews I was a little bit concerned but it was much better than expected. Yes there were a couple of things like broken chairs, icemaker not working, not enough furniture or linens for the eight person max - but for the price, we were pretty happy. It was clean and functional, about what you'd expect for a reasonably priced beach rental that isn't cared for with the same detail that a homeowner would treat their condo. Location was good, literally right next to the parking lot for John's pass. There were a ton of teenagers gathering there at sunset but it was actually more entertaining than annoying. Overall a decent stay. Not the best but also not the worst place we've ever rented

The location is awesome but interior has some issues.

Ice maker did not work had to go out multiple times to get ice - no trays abatible either. Additionally the refrigerator leaks so had to clean water leakage periodically. Also was a bit dusty and a couple of the chairs in the dinning room table se broken and one of the chairs in the balcony was torn.

Great location, pick a different unit

We read the reviews and should have known better, we really thought they would have fixed some of the issues. The only positive is the location, beach place condos. but we won’t stay in 211 again. Still broken chairs, tubs were old and dirty, both showers were broken( I texted owner, no response) but the beach place maintenance was on top of and fixed the following day. They were great. Minimal supplies, hardly any towels. Sliding door is old and isn’t easily opened. The view…great! But we can get that in 20 other units in the complex.

Location and size were great, but many updates needed and maintenance issues remain unfixed. Missing door handles, broken chairs, uncovered outlet, shower fixtures difficult to open. Counter top broke and was a hazard to work around. Needs minor kitchen things too like hot pads and more towel, dish soap would have been nice too.

I think someone needs to get in to the property and do some fine-tuning. The kitchen sink is falling apart, one of the showers constantly drips water, the vents in the bathroom are so dirty that there’s no way it’s actually using the exhaust fan properly, the bedroom window facing the ocean is very tough shape and one of the bedrooms there is an outlet switch missing - which is a huge fire hazard. All in all is what just ok.
