we loved staying here! Great location across from John's Pass. very spacious 2 bedroom condo with 3 beds. we was allowed 1 parking spot (i knew ahead of time) we parked 1 vehicle across the road in the parking garage at John's Pass which overnight parking isn't allowed unless you clear it with someone that works there (the parking garage maintenance man helped me with thay). Towels are provided however we didn't have enough towels for 4 nights so we had to wash towels (washer & dryer was at the end of the hallway/2.50 per load). The area is rather noisy for sleeping but over all we really enjoyed it.

Nice condo/great location!

This condo is on the beach side of Gulf Blvd. Pool area is small, but the beach is right there. The unit itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. My only negatives would be with the bedding in both rooms. All comforters had minor stains on them and the mattress in the king room could be replaced. It is definitely worn out. Lastly, the beds are not attached to the headboards. The condo is within easy walking distance to John’s Pass, and other restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return to Beach Place.

Condo was fine, great location, close to the beach, and everyone was friendly, but over the 5 day stay we kept noticing more things that bothered us that we wish we knew about before booking. •Bathrooms showers were old and outdated. Tiles were cracked. •AC wasn’t allowed to go below 72. It stated the unit will freeze up. To me this is crazy. If you know there is an issue, fix it. •In the ad it shows beach chairs and an umbrella. That was not apart of the unit. This was false advertisement. •Kitchen tile grout was dirty. Tiles were also cracked. •Host didn’t respond back to my one and only message. To be that’s unacceptable. •We had maintenance come into the unit when I was gone. The only people there were my 12 year old daughters. Maintenance knocked, no one answered, so they just barged in, looked at my kids and said I’ll be out soon. Didn’t even specify what was going on. To me the is completely unacceptable to come in without warning or an adult in the unit. They were replacing an HVAC filter which is fine, but do that between check in, Not when my kids are alone there. The condo management team let me know this is normal on the 15th and 28th and that it states so on the check in sheet. That was completely false as when I took this down for us both to review, they couldn’t show me anywhere it said this.

The only complaint I would have is the water pressure and water temperature in the condo was okay but I think there’s some cleaning of the faucets that might help that part. I tapped m fingernail under the faucet in the smaller bathroom and a lot of black build up came out. Also we’ve stayed here for like 3years now and if you could do a towel swap like mid week that would be great.

Great vacation with family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience including all communication and check in and out process were flawless. I am a 28 year repeat customer and appreciate the professionalism as always. However, this condo was not in our favorites. The beds were so extremely uncomfortable and low quality. The condo has personal items from previous tenants ( underwear in drawers), baseboards had a thick layer of dust and dirt, bathroom fans did not work and made very loud noises, and there were not enough towels and washcloths for one day, let alone a week which required multiple trips to the laundry. I would definitely book with sunhost again, but this condo needs some updating and cleaning.

Master bathroom fan needs replaced because it made a horrible noise for about 3 mins. Microwave had a weird, high pitched hum & dishwasher door wouldn’t shut properly but relatively clean & cozy. Outside traffic noise made it hard to enjoy the balcony but all in all, a nice place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Madiera Beach is our favorite vacation destination. Previous years we stayed in 202 but was unavailable this year. We stayed in 301. It seems there has been some updates but there are still more to do. The kitchen is very outdated and gronchy. The cupboardsDoors wouldn’t stay closed. Had to take the crispers out of the fridge so the door would stay closed. Inside of the cupboards are very dirty. Dishwasher door would not stay closed without a good bang. The king bed was very uncomfortable with a big lump in the middle of the mattress and the frame was all loose. The bed shook anytime you moved. The rest of the condo was fine. Nights were noisier than other years. Seemed to be a lot of parties in the park next door. We will be back!! 😊

Great Condo!

We tried to be very careful not to let any food sit out anywhere; even tied up the trash before bed. Might need to spray? The bathroom off the first bedroom needs a little updating and a door stop - the handle kept hitting the wall.Otherwise, condo was fantastic: decor was pretty, porch furniture was nice (one chair had a couple small holes in it; just an FYI). We LOVED the fact that there were beach chairs and a cooler in the unit.We would definitely stay there again.
