Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private balcony. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom also has a king bed. Open spacious dining and living area open to the beachfront balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. A 14-night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just a mile down the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

The nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Beautiful condo, comfy beds and linens, responsive and gracious hosts, gorgeous views from the balcony, I could go on and on! We remote worked during the day and completely enjoyed our off time in the area.Work continues on the common areas to recover this propery, including the pool deck, parking garage, first/front door, etc.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect. I have to say that this was one of the cleanest and well equipped units that we have stayed in! We were very comfortable here.The sunsets were breathtaking!Brandon our host was awesome! If we had any concerns or questions, he was always prompt in getting back to us with an answer. We loved our stay so much, that we secured our booking for next year! Thanks again Brandon!

Beautiful Condo in Paradise

Beautiful condo that I will add to my list for staying at Ocean Sands.Great decor and furnishings and the cleanliness of the condo A+. Starter kits for for necessities were generous .Host,Brandon is great with communication to see if you need anything to help you enjoy your stay. Great new restaurants around the area and the proximity of Publix and Winn Dixie is an added plus for grocery shopping.The Ocean view always stunning from the balcony. I love staying at Ocean Sands and was happy to be able to find this condo this year for summer vacation!

Beautiful condo, Great vacation

Wir haben den Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Apartment sehr genossen. Die Aussicht vom Apartment ist grandios. Man kann vom Wohnzimmer, von der Küche und sogar vom Bett aus das Meer sehen. Wir haben immer auf dem sehr breiten Balkon gefrühstückt und manchmal waren sogar Delfine im Meer zu sehen. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, alles ist da was man benötigt für den Urlaub. Strand Stühle Sonnenschirm Handtücher, sogar Duschgel und Shampoo waren da. Zudem ist das Apartment sehr sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. Überall sind Steckdosen und USB Anschlüsse. Man kann sich also die Reise Adapter sparen. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind jede Menge Restaurants und Coffee Shops sowie Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen.

One of the cleanest and well equipped units we’ve stayed in many years. Every time we turned for something it was there. New appliances including a blender, air fryer, Keurig and regular Mr. Coffe machine Comfortable king mattresses in both bedrooms View was stunning and sunsets top notch Pool was heated and had lots of loungers, umbrellas and chairs Great restaurants near bye and John’s Pass Definitely recommended 5 Stars from us Thanks Brandon

Our family's experience was unparalleled, blending the comfort of home with the luxury of a 5-star resort. From the moment we arrived, the convenience of the location, ample parking, and the secure, pristine environment were standout features. Each morning was greeted with the joy of dolphins playing in view, and evenings were capped off with breathtaking sunsets from our balcony. The condo's interior boasted modern, stylish updates and was immaculately clean, making every moment inside just as memorable as our outdoor adventures. The well-maintained pool and hot tub provided endless relaxation, and the proximity to top-notch restaurants and shops added to our convenience. We were so impressed with everything that we've already secured our booking for next year!

The condo is in an excellent location. Madeira Beach is close to other Beach Areas and the city of St. Petersburg. The condo is modern and comfortable. We like to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped.
