  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

The views were amazing! As promised! And with its location we could be on the beach without actually having to be on the beach. The hosts were great. If we had questions they were quickly answered I would highly recommend this property to others and we will definitely be staying again!

We had a very good trip. The check in process was easy and the room was very nice. Only complaint was the shower heat would go in and out and a few things could have been wiped down a little more like the ceiling, shower jets, and outdoor furniture was a little dirty. Other than that I was a good experience and nice place to stay. Would stay again.

This property was super nice and accommodating. They allowed us an early check in since our flight was in the morning. The condo is right on the beach with a pool and bar as well. They do provide beach equipment like chairs and an umbrella in the suite which is nice and convenient so you do not have to rent chairs.

4 Night Stay

Front Desk was very rude throughout our stay. Was woken up on our first morning and told we had to move our car for the landscaping company. Definitely could have been informed of that the night before. We have stayed on the island several times at several locations and all of these kitchenettes have induction stoves and do not proper cookware. We called the Property Manager and they did deliver new cookware however it still did not work properly. It should not take 45 minutes to make sausage and eggs. New Years Eve afternoon we came home to a man trying to change the locks on the door to the condo. This was totally unacceptable with no notice or anything. Very sketchy if you ask me. The grounds and the location we fine and we loved Vicki the owner of the Tiki Bar downstairs. She was the only person on the property that made us feel welcome. I understand not being able to smoke in the rooms however for that much a night I should at least be able to smoke on my balcony or at the outdoor tiki bar. We will not be back nor will we reccomend to family or friends.

Smoke and noise

The managers were very quick to respond to questions. The beach and ocean and view were beautiful. We had a great time going out and doing things together. The location of Treasure Island is a four, but the unit location is a one. The studio we stayed in was not good! On the surface, it looked really clean, but when wiping things down with disinfectant wipes, it was very dirty. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable hard plastic. We really looked forward to sitting on the balcony and enjoying it in the mornings and in the evenings. However, people were in the pool at seven in the morning, screaming (kids having fun, which kids are supposed to, but at seven in the morning is a little early), and in the evening people were at the tiki bar that was right below, very loud, we could hear everybody’s words in their conversations. We had water drip on us from an air conditioning unit somewhere above us when we’d sit on balcony. People were smoking every day while we were there either below sitting around the tiki bar or on other balconies. The smoke would force us to have to go inside and close the door or leave the property. I told management and they said they’d contact front desk. But it continued, I’m sure it is hard to monitor. The shower leaks puddles of water onto floor, one person in shower. We hung a sheet to help keep water in shower. If you like parties everyday, then the unit is great for you!

Great location in Treasure Island

Condo was very clean and seemed to be newly remodeled. They were still remodeling the lobby, but it didn't impact our stay. Property was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Plenty of parking directly across the street from the condo building if the onsite lot was full. One of the glass shower doors was missing so we had to strategically place the single door so it didn't soak the entire floor. Was very annoying. Couldn't use the massaging shower feature because of that. The view from the balcony was great. We spent a lot of time out there watching the sunsets. The unit is over the pool patio so it can be noisy at times even being 4 floors up. Luckily, the pool closes in the early evening so there wasn't any noise at night. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the condo for future trips.

Fantastic beach unit!

Impromptu family getaway and worth it! What a perfect beach waterfront view from the unit and balcony! Sunset views from the balcony and beach were gorgeous! Decor was spot on beach atmosphere! King size bed plus folding couch were comfortable! Kitchen setup was handy but we mostly dined out for fresh fish/seafood nearby! Family of four including 11/13yo boys were pleased! Happy wife and kids, happy life! Thank you! *suggestion to mgmt: add beach umbrella and air pump and add'l beach chairs (only 1 in the unit).

Great View and Beach Access

What you are paying for is the 4th floor balcony view, which is amazing and the "Walk out" access to the beach, which is also very nice. The unit itself was clean, but in need of upgrading, especially the bathroom.

Empty Nester Get Away

The property is exactly as seen online. When you open the door it’s a straight view to the ocean. The room is small but you have everything you need. We made some of our own meals, frequented the Tiki Bar, and had dinner overlooking the beach almost every night. The bed is a king memory foam, very comfortable! We had 1 issue with the TV and Brandon in customer service helped immediately! We will be back for sure!

Perfect location

The place was nice with a Tiki Bar by the pool. Communication with the owner was very good. He was very quick to respond. I do wish there could be laundry in the room😊. We enjoyed our stay.
