Beachy House-Home away from home

Attention travel nurses, snow birds, those who work from home, or anyone who just wants to get out of the cold!

Located 21 minutes south of the Tampa Bay airport, 9 minutes from Treasure Island, 7 minutes from Saint Pete Beach, and 15 minutes from the Saint Petersburg Pier-Gulfport is a small beach town with plenty to do and close by to downtown areas and award winning beaches.

The property is less than a mile away from the Gulfport beach, fun coastal karaoke bars, shops, and amazing restaurants! Two kayaks are also available for use with rental!

Outside cameras are located on the property only for security reasons. Please do not move them. Just a Heads-Up:
Palmetto bugs are a natural part of life in Florida, especially after it rains. While we have regular professional pest control and keep the home very clean, it’s possible you may see one from time to time.

If you know this might make you uncomfortable, we completely understand-and this might not be the best fit for your stay. Because this is a common occurrence in tropical environments, refunds can’t be issued for bug sightings.

Great Stay

Great stay! The house was conveniently located in Gulfport, just a short drive from downtown St. Pete and the beaches, and came equipped with everything needed for our stay. The home was quite spacious, too. Would book again!

Comfortable and charming property

The property was much larger inside than it appeared from the outside. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The only issue was the lock on the front door. We had difficulty unlocking the door when we got there but I was able to easily contact the owner who helped talk us through it. It did prove to be tricky throughout our stay but we got used to it.

Nice little home in Gulfport

Would recommend staying here, the place was clean, well kept, and the owner communicated effectively and even recommended some restaurants in the area which was really helpful! The neighborhood is quiet and only a 10 minute drive to St Pete Beach.

Cozy place in Gulfport

This was a cozy home to stay in for a few nights with my college-age daughter. We had bedrooms on the opposite ends of the house so she could have her hours, and I could have mine. She was able to set up her X-Box, and I was able to connect to my Netflix account. The kitchen was well-equipped and modern with a nice sofa in the family area. The home has had successive additions built on and has a bit of a quirky layout, but there would certainly be room for infants or pets in the extra rooms, and it was amazingly quiet at night. I only sat outside on the front porch as the back area was a bit untended. Really like downtown Gulfport (5 minutes away) for the Tuesday market and dining out, and it's about 10 minutes to Treasure Island Beach for a great sunset. Overall a nice value, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

We LOVE the area!

We had an amazing stay in Gulfport! Molly was very responsive. The house was very roomy and had cute tropical decor. Almost everything we wanted to do and see was a short distance away. The Gulfport beach water was warm and low key. The Pass-A-Grille area beaches were amazing! We did the Shell Island trip and found a few shells. The blue-green water and secluded island adventure was worth the price. We enjoyed the flamingo experience at Sarasota Jungles! Where can you go to hand feed flamingos! We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous Home In Gulfport, Fl

What a beautiful home! So well remodeled! Fabulous kitchen (nicer than mine in Pa!). Having some clocks around & a bedside table & window screen in the back bedroom would've been nice. Wonderful neighbors & neighborhood. Felt very safe. Had a wonderful time! The neighbors of this home's owners like them very much - very nice people. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great space for remote workers!

My husband and I both work remote and this was a perfect place for both of us to be on conference calls and not hear the other! Very roomy. Location was also very convenient to so much. Our pup loved the large back yard. Molly gave us some great info on restaurants and places to go. Would definitely stay again if we are in this area!

Lovely Place to Stay!

This was a lovely little place to stay! As we were doing a staycation for our local wedding, we were super happy that this place had plenty of extra seating for visitors, indoors and out! The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with all the necessary equipment, which was terrific for our rehearsal night dinner. The unique little dressing room was fantastic! There was enough space for the whole wedding party to prep, even the kids!
