Beautiful 2 Bedrm/2 Full Bath Condo in St Pete Beach w/ WIFI

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 full bathroom located on the 2nd floor, corner unit, central air, 800sq. ft. condo in beautiful St. Pete Beach, just around the corner from Sunset beach!!
Come relax in a clean, comfortable, corner unit with 800+sq ft. on the 2nd floor. This condo comes fully furnished with brand new flat screen TVs, basic cable and Apple TV in the living room so you can log in to your favorite streaming service. WIFI, and a newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, tea pot, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, toaster oven and a dining area...you won’t need to bring anything.

The master bedroom features a queen bed with newer mattress, full bathroom, brand new flat screen TV, night stands, armoire/dresser and fan.
The second bedroom has new adult, industrial queen over queen bunk beds, night stand and dresser.

Condo is stocked with linens, bath towels, extra bedding, beach towels, movies, games, highchair, Pack N Play, toys, beach chairs & umbrellas, tennis rackets & balls, folding chairs (for extra seating), iron & ironing board.

This condo sleeps up to 4 to 6 people comfortably.

Come enjoy the heated pool with sun deck, or take a walk across the street to one of three public fishing docks, all within a short walk to Sunset Beach!

Please note this is a NONSMOKING and NO PETS condo. There will be a $350 cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

This condo has a 3 night minimum.

You can hop on the Trolley right out in front of the Condo from St. Pete's Beach to Clearwater Beach.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

We had the most enjoyable stay! From the gracious host who made sharing information and the checkin process seamless to the wonderfully delightful condo. We loved our time there. The condo is exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and has everything one would need for the perfect home away from home. The stellar location is close to beach, restaurants and various places of interest. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for the memorable week!

There was so much in the condo including beach chairs, a wagon, beach towels and the kitchen had everything too. Our granddaughters loved the pool and it was also close to the beach and bars/restaurants so we walked to everything.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Prior to arriving I emailed Matt and asked if we could check in early as our flight landed at 1030 and check in was 4p. He made sure the cleaning crew had it ready for us at noon so we could get in and not have to wait and that’s when I knew I picked the right place! The house was clean and decorated so cute! All the beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we could need. Due to us having 6 ppl I did reach out and ask for more bath towels and Matt had then shipped to our door step the next morning before we even woke up. Everything was amazing! The only cons was out of Matt’s control which was the pool heater to the complex was not working and the washer and dryer outside the unit was removed. Due to the recent hurricane Matt did state the bottom level was in the process of getting back in order which is to be expected. If I travel back in that area I will definitely be staying there again. It was a 6 min drive to st Pete beach where a family member was getting married so it was a perfect location. Lots of things in walking distance! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to rent while traveling!

It was good for our situation

We went 2 months after the hurricanes so the area was still recovering, but this unit was not damaged (the pool and lower level were). We wanted to stay near family so this location was perfect, and walkable to restaurants, the beach, and the farmers market. The space and accomodations of the unit were good. A negative is that it's on a busy road so the road noise was quite loud in the primary bedroom (I recommend earplugs if you want to sleep in). The unit could use some minor maintenance (broken shower tiles, etc). The low point of our stay was that the key pad to access the unit got a low battery on our last night and we were locked out for over an hour. Luckily we got back in on our own because we did not hear from the property manager until early the next morning. This could have completely ruined our trip (and made us miss our flight home) but I did not want to judge our entire 10 day stay based on this fluke, so I still rated our overall stay 5 stars.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay from beginning to end was just amazing. Communication with the hosts was super easy and helpful. The property was really nice with a nice intimate pool. Perfectly situated between both Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Unfortunately we had the unexpected tropical storm/hurricane that put a damper on our beach plans but we still had an amazing time playing games that were available in the condo. I Highly recommend!

Great unit off the water

Pros: Property was great and unit was fully stocked we everything we needed: Coffee, beach towels with wagon and cover, full kitchen setup - very comfortable. We used the free beach shuttle which took us to all the restaurants we were interested in. Beds were good and living area comfortable. Pool was clean and nice. Air conditioning was excellent. Cons: Took 4 TV remotes to work tv, cable, and dvd. One remote was missing on checkin (owner very responsive and had cleaning crew find it next day). Parking spaces narrow (oversized truck next to us made it hard to get in/out of car). Cover photo shows sunset but this is not from property. Overall: We would stay there again. Very happy with our decision to rent there. Would recommend to others.

Adorable Condo

This is our second stay at the condo, we had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool is an extra bonus. Looking forward to our trip again next year. We will be back again next year.

Nice condo, close-ish to the beach

It’s a great condo, all the necessities were included. The parking spaces were a little tight for larger cars but that’s not anything the owners can fix. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the beach. The owners had all the beach equipment needed to have a fun time without bringing your own stuff. Overall it was great, my only negative opinion was about the mattress again that’s probably my personal preference and highly subjective.

Everything was perfect for our vacation. Perfectly clean upon arrival. So many items within that we could use....ziplock bags, beach toys, beach towels, toiletries, pack n play...the list go on! The furniture was all great quality and worked out great for our family to stay. There is only one parking space per unit which would be a challenge for families that bring 2 cars, so just be aware. We would definitely stay here again!!!

The property was just as it was listed and Matt and Shelby were great with answering questions as needed. This was our first time in the area so all was new for us. The pool was nice snd warm. Shrimpy’s is a must for food. We did not have a vehicle and with kids it was a little far to walk to the beach, but overall was a great experience.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our week long stay at Matt & Shelby's place. It was a great location - short walk or drive to nearby restaurants and the beach. In addition, the place was perfect for my infant son as they had a pack n play, high chair, wagon and plenty of toys. I would definitely recommend this property to other families visiting the area!

Amazing get away

There is no complaints with this rental! All places we wanted to go were close by. I was with 3 girlfriends that wanted to get away for a short vacation and this fit our budget. Plenty of space, the beds the pillows were all comfortable and I’m pretty picky when it comes to the mattress. The host was easy to contact we had a little hiccup with house keeping in the beginning, but it was a quick email/phone call and a quick fix of the problem. Plenty of dishes and all items needed for your stay. Definitely will be back to this location. Thank you for the beautiful place!
