1 makuuhuone 1 kylpyhuone suora rannan etukulma yksikkö 46 jalkaa kiertää kannelle! Ilmainen WiFi ja puhelut Yhdysvaltoihin / Kanadaan laajoilla kaapelikanavilla 2 televisiossa. Päivitetty sisustus kaikkialla, mukaan lukien uudet Stearns & Foster-king-patjat, kaksi sohva ja keurig-kahvinkeitin lisätty syksyllä 2018. Endless näkymät lahdelle ja valkoiset hiekkarannat, Florida elävät parhaimmillaan. Place was clean and the property management kept in great contact. Beautiful view of the beach. Kitchen well stocked with all of the essentials for cooking. Some of the drinking glasses were a bit warped and may need to be replaced.The living room had more than ample space to spread out, and the wraparound deck was perfect!Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was very much appreciated. One of the umbrellas appears to not work as well and perhaps a beach chair may need to be replaced. This condo is perfect for a couple… The condominium itself was very quiet and had direct access to a fantastic beach.

Great breeze

It was so relaxing just sit in the shade and view the ocean. Sunset was beautiful view. Love the location as we could view the ocean all around. The room however is twice the price of other units there.

Wonderful stay

We stayed July 9-16, 2022. This property exceded my expectations. All of the little extras that I don't normally find at other places was a plus. They had cleaning supplies, bandaids, cooking spray, and many other things that you find yourself needing on vacation but forget to take. The view was wonderful, the pool ,while a little small, was heavenly. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the Beach

We stayed at the Chateaux Condominiums two years ago in a different unit and loved the location and beach. The unit we stayed in was already booked when we decided to go with this on. We loved the beach... the condo was okay. The furniture in the living room is not what was in the pictures above. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable. If you like a stiff sofa or you do not care about the furniture this is the unit for you. However, after a long day out in the sun my husband and I like to come up to the condo, shower, relax and watch a movie. The refrigerator freezer is hard to get into the door doesn't open all the way. and the refrigerator door will not stay open while you put stuff in it. It can be aggravating. The shower in the bathroom could use an update. The master bedroom bed is comfortable. The balcony is nice and we loved the view from it. We would stay at the complex again but not in this unit.

AMAZING !!!

This unit has an incredible view !!! Fully equipped with everything you might need, and more !!! If it's not there, you probably don't need it !!! I fell in love with it, when i first saw the listing !!! It was exactly as listed . Only 357 more sleeps until we return !!! We rebooked for next year immediately !!!

Great place for a couples getaway

Me and my wife had a great time staying there in September, the beach is nice and not busy. The condo is very nice with great veiws and was clean and has a comfortable bed and is stocked with whatever you would need for a week at the beach. The check process was easy and the people were very nice, we did have a issue with hot water and they had a plumber there within a hour of us calling and had the issue taken care of. The property was clean with a nice pool area. The one thing I would recommend changing would be putting a keypad door lock on the condo instead of having a actual key to carry to the beach, our key would get stuck in the lock and was kind of a pain. Overall would recommend this condo for couples, it's not far from Clearwater, St. Pete or John's pass, with all those places having plenty to do and great places to eat, or you can stay in and have a nice relaxing time at this condo with it great beach and awesome views.

Property Management is Horrible

We rented the property mainly due to the balcony to sit out there at night. Nope wrong. There were people smoking weed and cigarettes all day. When I notified the management. They told me to call the police. When I told them the people above were being loud the property managements response. Call the police. Im on vacation not there to deal with the police. I think the apartment was great very well kept but any issues either no response or not their responsibility (property management). I think the owners should look into another management company that will actually take care of the residents.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This property delivers everything it promises. The furniture & appliances are updated. The kitchen included everything we needed throughout the week. The location was perfect! We loved the balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Overall, we had an incredible stay at this beautiful condo!

Maintenance Issues - need addressed for what you pay to rent this unit.

A few maintenance issues that have been ignored. One of the hurricane covers viewing the beach side of the property was broken and in the closed state for our entire stay. It is clear that this has been broken and ignored over time. As luck would have it, there was a hurricane warning and all shutters needed to be closed and in the task of opening the other shutters the cover controls in the bedroom we are also in a broken state that required a significant effort to get open. Other ignored my issues were 3 light bulb needing replaced, the TV remote for the main area needed to be replaced which the property manager supplied and I configured and replaced willingly. Sadly, this is a beautiful condo with a fantastic location but the maintenance efforts are failing. The front door and the shower control both needed to be tightened and this would have been obvious to anyone checking..., and the final property issue was the elevator was out of service for most of all of our final 4 days including check out day. Had to carry all the heavy stuff down the stairs at 4A on departure day. This is clearly a property management maintenance issue that i.also shared with the management company. Did we enjoy ourselves, yes, but someone is asleep at the wheel.

Perfect Views

My husband has ALS and we wanted to get away but be able to do it safely. The location and views were excellent! We were able to enjoy the sun and beach from our balcony. The view was very important to us and it was perfect. We could even see the dolphins swim by. We would definitely come back. The only issues that we feel it lacked was there was no access to the beach for the handicapped. It would be nice to have a ramp for access. We would have liked to been able to go down to the beach but my husband couldn't do the steps. Alan and Jamie Huff

Very nice condo

Lovely condo. Finishes and decor were very nice. Didn’t read description close enough to realize laundry was not available in unit. Parking space was very tricky. When we arrived elevator Didn’t work and had to call emergency maintenance. They said they didn’t have anything to do with elevator but would try to contact appropriate people. When we came back a couple hours later elevator was working and we didn’t have any more Problems with it
