Guest access
Parking: Free parking for 2 cars. This home has two beds and can accommodate 4 adults/kids and an extra 5th child only for which we could provide a pack-and-play for the 5th person.

Pets
Pets are welcome but must be approved by the host before booking.
Let us know how many pets and what breed(s) you're bringing.

Non-shedding dogs are allowed on the furniture. Shedding dogs are not permitted on the furniture. An extra cleaning fee will apply if pets are found on furniture contrary to this policy.

Pet Cleanliness
Pets must be clean and groomed.
If the unit smells like pets at checkout, a cleaning fee will apply.
We are fair but firm with this policy.

Check-Out Policy
Unapproved late check-out will be penalized.

No Unauthorized Guests
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Cancellation Policy
We have a strict, non-refundable cancellation policy.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unexpected cancellations or travel delays.
