This condo had everything you could think of. They missed nothing. Best part was the balcony. I think we had the best balcony in Indian shores. Low tide brought in all the birds. High tide had dolphins and manatees.

Mothers and Daughters Trip

The condo was amazing and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. The view could not be beat, and we saw dolphins, manatees and lots of bird activity every day.

Indian Shores Quiet!

Was a beautiful condo! We really enjoyed the patio overlooking the inter coastal! The best view for watching birds, manatees, and dolphins!

There is a trolley spot in both directions close to condo. There is a beach access just a block away. Food options are numerous up and down Gulf Blvd. We love this condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, which is perfectly located near a lot of great spots in Indian Shores and beyond. The walk to the beach was short ,about five minutes or so. In addition to all the restaurants, shops, etc. nearby, we also visited Clearwater, Treasure Island, Saint Pete, and Largo all within driving distance. There is a trolley available, which we never took, maybe next time!The condo itself is well appointed and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked to cook snacks or huge meals. And we really appreciated having the beach towels and bath towels, we never ran out of either! The balcony is amazing and with it being a corner unit, we had the best views. We were there on July 4 and the firework display from neighboring residences and the beach was one I’ve ever seen. The unit itself was perfect for two or more people, clean and updated. I would suggest a future update of the bathrooms to tie everything together. As indicated in the description, there is no elevator. The steps were manageable, except for bringing beach equipment to and from the beach. It was tough for us to bring the wagon, etc., from the balcony storage, through the condo, and down the stairs. We wound up just taking chairs which was fine, but just a heads up if you have kids or might want to bring lots of items with you. I recommend this unit and would love to return in the future!

We were able to see dolphins, manatees, and even a flamingo! The beach is just a short 5-10 minute walk. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Amazing View!

View of the intracoastal from living room and bedrooms were amazing! Nice to sit on balcony for breakfast! We watched dolphins several time from balcony during our stay. The kitchen was supplied with many dishes, silverware and supplies. Many places to walk to if you didn’t want to cook! There are 13 stairs to first level and 13 additional stairs to second level. No elevator. The people above us were noisy. Could hear them walking around at all hours. Besides this issue the area was quiet!

We enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees. My boys enjoyed catching huge red fish off the dock. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The property management placed us in this condo, after the condo owners of the original booking decided to come down the same week. They assured us it was very quiet, and it did not disappoint. We would definitely recommend this property, and the management of Seaside to our friends and family.We enjoyed the beach, with beautiful weather every day. During our stay we ate great cuisine, went shopping at the outlets in Ellenton, and went to watch the Rays play.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

I recently stayed in this beautiful condo with my Husband, our 27 year old daughter and my 87 year old Mom. This unit was exactly as described and pictured. Great layout with wonderful views of the intercostal throughout the condo. It is most thoughtfully equipped with needed supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. It even included things we weren’t expecting such as fans, beach towels and even some beach chairs and toys and a BEACH WAGON (!) that was a great surprise! The unit is beautifully decorated and was comfortable for all of us. The balcony is awesome with spectacular views where we enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast. We were blessed by a few visits with dolphins AND manatees! Beach access is just down the street and across at a lighted crosswalk and made much easier with the beach wagon to haul everything we needed. The only negative was that the stairs were somewhat of a challenge for my 87 year old Mom but we were made well aware about that before booking. Communication with our host was very easy and we had no issues during our stay. Can’t say enough nice things about this unit and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

We saw plenty birds , dolphins manatees, racoons, amazing.This apartment had it all, views, wildlife, great accommodation.We had two weeks here.It was cleanand comfortable. It was also very well stocked in kitchen.Felt like home.Seaside property were great to book through answered any questions quickly, thankyou.We Loved it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely amazing condo. We come to Florida every year. Best place we have stayed so far. Views from balcony incredible every day all day!!! Saw dolphin almost every morning. Sunrise from balcony so beautiful. Everything about condo inside was so very nice. Views of water from every window. Underground parking huge plus. I am a huge sheller and when tides went down got a ton of shells right outside condo. Mullet jump all day long and are pretty amusing. Pool was good. We walked to beach everyday and sand and water were just incredible. Only cons was you cannot have a golf here if that were possible we would definitely be back. You are on first floor so only have one set of stairs to walk. There is no elevator which wasn’t an issue for us. People above sounded like a heard of buffalo some days but still not a deal breaker. All in all would give condo 10/10. Taylor at management office was great!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the views from this unit. Felt like we were on a boat we were so close to the water. Condo was in good condition. Modern look, easy to maintain. Kitchen partially refinished. Everything was usable and there were plentiful plates and utensils. Good basic supplies, so we just needed to buy food.Unit was clean upon arrival.Only slight complaint are the owners who do not rent are not fans of the renters. One man was very aggressive to teenagers fishing (fyi, not my children, just observed) telling them they were trespassing. The kids were not loud or unruly, just casting their lines. I felt bad - just kids trying to enjoy vacation. That aside, it is a good unit.
