Suoraan rannalla ja suoraan John's Passin kylän vastapäätä. Sijainti ei voisi olla parempi, ja näkymä on yksi parhaista rannalla!

Tämä kolmen makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpy huoneisto on juuri sisustettu uusi keittiö, ylellisesti varustettuja graniitti työtasot, uudet kaapit ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet. Sekä master-kylpyhuone että vieraskylpyhuone on myös uusittu uusilla graniittiholvilla ja uudella kaapilla. Olohuoneessa sekä kaikissa kolmessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio, jossa on ilmainen kaapeli. Suuressa olo- / ruokailuhuoneessa on runsaasti tilaa, mukavat sohvat ja suuri ruokapöytä.

Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king-size-vuode ja se johtaa omalle parvekkeelle. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodetta, ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on oma queen-vuode. Paljon tilaa vieraille ja runsaasti tilaa rentoutumiseen.

Nauti maailmanluokan auringonlaskuista suurelta yksityiseltä parvekkeelta, jossa on ilmainen delfiininäyttö lisäbonuksena.

Rakennus sijaitsee suoraan kadun toisella puolella kuuluisalta John's Pass Villageiltä, jossa on kymmeniä ravintoloita, kauppoja ja toimintaa. Ei tarvitse autoa tällä paikalla rannalla vain muutaman paljain jaloin askeleen päässä.

Awesome views, beds, bathrooms, etc…it was also nice having a washer/dryer and extra chairs, towels and fans. Easy access to John’s Pass and great beach and pool. The reservation process was very easy and great communication with questions before and during our stay. We are already planning our next stay!

The location is perfect for beach and shops and restaurants!! There was plenty of room in the condo and parking was great too. The kitchen pans could use replacing and a muffin pan and more coffee cups would be a good addition. We did have to buy ice. The bathrooms were fine and towels were too. We appreciated the fans in the rooms. Not sure if the master mirrored closet was supposed to open but we couldn’t open it. The location absolutely trumps any minor issues though !! Loved the balcony view !

Great Place

We loved our time at Beach Place! The location was perfect - right on the beach for great views and easy access, just across from John’s Pass where we walked most days to eat/shop. The area was very roomy and comfortable. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy! We would definitely stay here again.

Beach front condo

The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was a perfect condo for our family. I was really happy with the parking spaces that were provided. The location was awesome for shopping, restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. One problem is the elevator. It continually locks up and you have to take the stairs. It was not operating the night we packed and we had to haul all of our luggage and totes from the 3rd floor. Unfortunately my luggage strap became caught on the railing and I fell down couple steps. Hoping the facility will address this situation soon. We would like to return to this condo but this is a problem that needs fixed.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this comfy beach front condo. The description accurate. Parking under covered area next to elevator. Updated and very clean .. everything in working order! Pool and beach were steps away. We will return!

TLC needed

Location is fantastic but it needs a refresh. The shower head in main bathroom won't stay on the wall, ants in bathroom and the furniture could use a cleaning. The balcony floor was so dirty and it tracked into the condo so you had to have shoes on at all times. I seen a note from the association that said they will be power washing the balconies and seal them which would help. Overall it has all the basics you need.

Wonderful condo

Had a wonderful time at our recent stay! The condo is very spacious and was very clean and bright. You absolutely cannot beat the view off the balcony! Being walking distance from John’s Pass made dinners easy, and other beaches are just a short drive away if you want to venture out. The town is still undergoing cleanup and repairs from the two hurricanes in 2024, but almost everything has reopened. The elevator is still down from the hurricane, but we just got a few extra steps in, and the owners graciously offered an extra event ticket, even though that is out of their control. They were extremely responsive for any questions we had during the trip, and we are already planning our next visit!

The condo is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen. Heated pool and directly on the beach. We would stay again! The elevator was down from the hurricane still. We understand because other places still had elevators/escalators down.

Girls trip

Beautiful place, great view! Unfortunately things were not available due to hurricanes but we knew that in advance! The bed in the master bedroom is super hard, just my opinion! We will definitely be back!

If you dont want to move your car

Great location if you dont want to move your car once you are settled. The pool was nice and clean, the unit was nice and clean. The shower had very little pressure but it is what it is.

ABSOLUTE DREAM

From the moment we arrived until we left we were blown away by this stay. Beautiful view, CLEAN property, amazing location with TONS to do within easy walking distance, very attentive and supportive iTRIP staff. We had 5 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby here and fit comfortably. Easy to find, easy to check in and out, good parking, good pool, amazing beach! The only negative comments I have are that the only TV that worked was un the king bed room- the others didnt pull in channels (but we didnt watch tv so it was okay). The other thing was that our door keypad batteries ran out so we were all locked out of our room at 8pm one evening. However, the amazing and friendly staff came right out and changed the batteries and we got right back in. We will absolutely stay here again and inwould recommend this place to everyone!

Perfect size for 7-8 people.

We loved the size and location of the unit. Could have used more T-paper, bath towels and paper towels. Needed overall deep cleaning, showers, sinks and floors. We would stay again for sure.

Great Condo, Great Location

Overall this condo is wonderful. Beautiful views from the balcony, plenty of room for 4+ people to sit and enjoy. Amenities were great. Plenty of dishes, cups, silverware, etc... Even had wine and beer glasses! Washer and dryer in unit is awesome to keep up with washing bath & beach towels, and also allows for bringing less clothing (smaller luggage). Communication with owners and accessing the unit was super easy and all electronic allowing for no keys. Two parking spots included in rental was great as we had guests visit one day. The only "knock" against the property (which I read in reviews before I went) was that the floors will leave your bare feet black after a bit of walking on them. Now that's not to say the unit was dirty, as it looked and smelled clean upon entering. I just think that the cleaning crew runs a quick mop on the floors between guests (probably not changing the water repeatedly). This gets the big stuff up and erases any dirty areas, however, there is almost a very fine layer of sand on the floor, some of which is black. I even had a brand new pair of slippers for the trip with white bottoms, that were very sandy and black after a couple of days (as I would wear them inside the unit after showering). Again, this is not the biggest deal in the world, and I did not feel as if the floors were dirty. But maybe a very details cleaning of the floors once per month during the busy seasons would go a long way to eliminate the issue.
