Very Nice!

Very spacious condo for only 2 adults. The decor was a little out dated but very nice. Washer and dryer right out in the main hallway by elevator. Large closets and comfortable master bed! I would stay here again. Nice location and beaches aren’t as crowded as the main popular beaches.

Excellent time

Will be back! Beach close right out the door. Very clean and had a great time. Only thing was we only had one key for pool area and it would have been nice to have an extra one since there was 3 of us. Other than that it was about the best property i have stayed in.

One week and Red Algae Bloom

The whole process for check in was OK. We got there at 4:00 , but condo was not ready yet. It’s too bad they don’t have a code on each gate to get through rather than a key for each gate to get to beach. The Red Algae bloom had been there since beginning of February so we were there the end of February and it got worse by the day. I had to wear a mask anytime we walked on beach. The last 3 days we were unable to go on beach without coughing continuously. The condo had no spices or leftover spices or salt and pepper. We ate breakfast at the condo and lunch usually. Since we couldn’t be on the beach we would walk on roadside every morning. We did go to the Aquarium and river walk one day. We also went to Anna Marie Island one day. The location is great. We could not watch Netflix or YouTube tv cause the tv is not set up that way. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that you could bring a fire stick along had we known. The pots and pans are not that great. The ice maker is loud on the frig and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to die soon! The beds were comfortable though. Not sure we would stay in this particular condo again but may stay in another one if we return.

Awesome area for vacations

The North Redington Beach is a great place to spend vacation. Traffic isn't a nightmare, not the craziness as some areas, everything is close by and easy to get too. Lots of things to do for young & old. Lots of resturants, bars, shops galore, beautiful beaches! Definitely going back next year!

Great Views

The location was awesome, view spectacular. The condo is older and a little shabby, especially the kitchen. The main bed was So comfortable, that’s a big plus. The appliances were older and the toilets and did h washer we’re so loud!! nz o low flo w here or updated quiet dishwasher!! None the less we enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfy.Thanks!!!

Perfect week on the beach.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The beach was excellent as was the pool. We saw a wonderful sunset almost every day. Great location for restaurants, shopping, sightseeing.

Quality is equivalent to the price 👌🏻

We had a good visit - the condo was accommodating and stocked with more beach supplies than expected. Information about how to check in and where to pick up your keys could have been better but we figured it out quickly.

Great Getaway

This was the best vacation experience we’ve ever had. The rental process was easy and communication was great. The unit we stayed in was very clean and we felt right at home. It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay which made it hard to leave. We will definitely be repeat visitors!

Wonderful Pool and Beach Vacation

This was a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. The views of the beach were beautiful. We loved the condo and all the small touches around it to make it a welcoming place to stay. The kids were so excited to have a tv in their room. Great rental. Highly recommend!

More shade at pool

My one suggestion is there needs to be more than one shaded area at pool. Really hard to enjoy with no shade my grandkids really enjoyed the pool but I could not sit there with them for long if the ONE AND ONLY TABLE WITH UMBRELLA was taken.

Beach condo was perfect

We had a very positive experience staying at Emerald Isle. The condo was decorated nicely and had a great balcony overlooking the ocean!! Also this apartment was right on the beach!! I would definitely recommend this unit and I would return to it.

Outdated, but cozy

We’ve stayed in Emerald Isle condos a few times and found this place to be cozy, but a tad bit outdated. The kitchen sink sprayer sprayed everywhere, the dish washer runs really loud as it’s very old. Master shower felt dingy and there was mildew on the inside bar of the shower stall. Water pressure in the master bath wasn’t great, but was very powerful in the spare bathroom. The spare bathroom shower drain was clogged and the tub filled up by the end of the shower. Sliding glass door to the balcony kept jamming when trying to pull it closed. The lock didn’t reach the latch, so we were never able to lock the balcony Thankfully it was a cool temperature week (high 70’s to low 80’s) because you cannot adjust the thermostat to below 70 degrees. The beds were super comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Rooms are spacious and closets are decently sized. Couch was comfortable and we enjoyed the recliners while watching tv at night. We also enjoyed our coffee and breakfast on the Adirondack chairs on the balcony. We would stay here again if our other condos that we’ve stayed in previously was not available. This condo was $200 more for the week and was a lot more outdated than the others, aesthetically and functionally.

Girls Trip

Over all it was fine, it was a little short on basic necessities, blow dryer, clogged toilets, dish soap, things we are used to having in other condos. Management came and fixed the clogged toilet but both bathrooms flushed very slow and others in the building had the same complaint. The front door had to be slammed every time you closed for each unit so if you slept in the front bedroom you didn't get much sleep. Pool was small and dirty even though maint came every day they didn't clean the pool.

Time with family

The place was right on the beach. You walk out of the pool area on to the white sand. It was so nice. Our visit was not what I had hoped because of Red Tide our beach was covered with fish. JC Resorts did give me a 20% discount. We did not get to enjoy the ocean or much of the pool because of the smell. I drove over an hour and half away so the kids could get in the ocean. The place overall was a nice area. If had driven and not flown we would have left abs came home.

Emerald Isle 201 was perfect

Even though we arrived to a sticky kitchen floor everything else about this condo was fantastic. The rooms were nice and big. The building was centrally located. The A/C was wonderfully cold. Pots, pans dishes were a plenty (I wasn't crazy about the dishwasher, so didn't use it). No dishwashing liquids were provided (we left ours when we departed). Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, soap, toothbrush holders and toilet paper. The amenities and bedding is as described. The king bed was very comfortable. The queen is beginning to droop in the middle - hopefully they will get a new mattress soon. A hidden surprise was the closet in the second bedroom had beach toys, a cabana, beach chairs etc. very nice plus. A couple of drawbacks are parking limited to one car (which we knew about way in advance) one car had to do street parking which was a pain, but we found one pretty quickly and left it there all week with no issues. Another drawback was when the door in the stairway closed (slammed) it would shake the window in the second bedroom. It was a little unnerving until we got used to it. Third drawback was no pantry and as I said above the kitchen is well stocked so not much room for food. We got a little creative and made it work. All in all I would rent this unit again. We had a wonderful time with 4 adults and 1 baby.

We had a good time great room with a great view. The only issue is the check in process is really difficult. Took us a long time for them to get our room ready. When we did arrive to our room they were still working on cleaning out. Other than that location is great the room is great and everyone there was courteous and pleasant

Property was just as advertised - a corner unit steps from the beach with balcony overlooking gulf. Many restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive away. Clean and well equipped. A great bargain.
