    Yksikkö nukkuu kuusi mukavasti 1 king ja 2 kaksoset ja vuodesohva oleskelutilassa. Huoneistossa on 2 televisiota, joista toisessa makuuhuoneessa on TV ja olohuone. Savuttomassa yksikössä on oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, jossa on nimetty pysäköintitila, ja siellä on runsaasti grillausmahdollisuuksia.

    Ranta on kirjaimellisesti muutaman askeleen päässä hissi, ja yksityinen turvallinen portti pääsy vain Madeira Norte asukkaille. Meidän oma lämmitetty uima-allas tarjoaa vaihtoehdon lämpimään kristallinkirkaslahden vesiin, jossa on runsaasti uima-altaan istuimia ja sateenvarjoja.

The location of Madeira Norte is excellent. The condo itself was seriously lacking (outdated everything, worn out appliances, cabinetry falling apart, mattresses completely collapsed, mold in the shower, floors were filthy, ceiling tiles water stained and falling apart). The management company did send over maintenance to repair a few things and also the cleaning crew to reclean the floors and tub area. The pool was closed our entire stay. Sunhost was very accommodating, but there is only so much they can work with, when the owners of the property fail to update the condo.

It needs remodeled desperately. mold in the shower curtain, vinyl of cabinets broken off, front face of washer fell off the second i tried to start it. it has the view and that's about it. instructions left on paper for check out etc was inaccurate so they couldn't find my keys at check out then they want to try and charge you. the air was 50/50 working and muggy at least we went when it was nice out. i'm sure i'm missing things. the employees where nice to help once you could contact them

Can enjoy the live music on the balcony, but not too loud. Long vistas of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. Pool heater was broken during my stay. Building is safe with key fob access. Checkin was smooth. Unit was clean, but is dire need of updates and some repair.

Amazing views convenient location

This unit has great views and the amenities we needed. The unit needs updating. The counters,cabinets, and furniture are well used! They are chipped worn and stained and that gives the appearance of old and dirty.

We spent 2 weeks in early 2026. The positives: the views of the beach, and the location directly across from John’s Pass shops & activities were unbeatable. The negatives: There was not a single amenity to found. Not one beach towel, not a single beach chair. The pots and pans were warped & rusty. Spent 50 at Dollar Tree equipping it with basics like salt & pepper, scissors, clothes hangers…you name it. The chipped and dated/dirty furniture is exactly the same as another reviewer pictured it back in 2023. We didn’t dare fire up the dishwasher, as it had obvious damage to the foundation near the floor. The bathroom electrical outlets did not function the entire time we were there. The property manager sent a maintenance person to check them the first week. He reported them working fine…yet they still did not. I spent every day cleaning up piles of human and pet hair from the prior guests…albeit with a filthy broom and cracked dustpan from the closet. We bought 2 beach chairs and left them there, in hopes the next guests would not have to “outfit” the unit as we had to. It’s a shame the unit is not better cared for, because it really has the potential to be amazing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property in general was very clean with the exception of the pool. It seemed to have a film of scum around the pool top and someone had written words in iit. Maybe it needs to be cleaned more often when the property is full. The unit we rented needed some maintenance. Everything that was metal like the ceiling tile surround and metal medicine cabinets were very rusty. The countertops and cabinets I n the kitchen are very old and pieces are peeling. The dishwasher doesn’t correctly under the counter and is pushed back and is very hard to get to start. The unit was very clean but needs maintenance. The properties very nice but I would probably not rent this unit again. I would rent another unit in the building but not this one.

Unit in need of desperate updates and repairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Madeira Norte for over 18 years. This is first time renting Condo 513. The ice maker was broken and leaked water into the refrigerator, therefore we had to keep it turned off. Once we discovered this, we had food ruined. The clothes washer was amiss as well, the front panel was sticking out. To get the washer to fill, you must push the panel forward. We didn’t attempt the dishwasher!!! If you look to the left on the floor of the dishwasher you will see where there has been severe water damage to the molding. And one of the kitchen chairs was placed in the master suite due to a screw missing. Do not sit in this chair. It’s rather disappointing this unit is being rented in this condition!

We have stayed at Madeira Norte many times in the past and like it. This particular unit is poorly maintained, has junk like a screen door stuffed into the master bedroom closet, and is not very clean. It has a beautiful view and a good parking spot, but we would not rent it again.

The condo kitchen was very outdated, old and dirty, counters and cabinets were chipped, pots and pans were old, coffee maker didn't work, there was no hairdryer, and furniture was really old. We had others who stayed in same condo building with nice updated condos. Would recommend this condo building and loved the view, but would not stay in this particular condo unless kitchen was updated.

Beautiful sunset view from balcony!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here. We especially loved the mirrored wall and the view from the balcony. I do feel like the whole unit could use a face lift. The headboard on the bed in the master bedroom was broke. The blinds in the living room had two broken slates that had be taped back up and one of them kept falling off. The wall in the main bathroom had a huge brown smear underneath the mirror. The sleeper sofa mattress was way to thin. We ended up sleeping on couch instead of pulling out the bed. The furniture is old looking but comfy. Just felt like for the price of the rental it definitely needs some upgrades. But we liked it enough that we would stay again.
