Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were excellent and very easy to communicate with. The condo development is under construction (preplanned, and we were aware of it), and there were amenities made available to us to replace the missing amenities. Cecilia was extremely responsive to our needs and bent over backwards to ensure that we had a great experience.

Really impressed by the layout- renovated kitchen-the privateness of the bedrooms-washrooms- the welcoming couch-the layout of the family room- away from the bedrooms- unbelievable view via family thru the balconey windows witnessing the wonders of the gulf-with an array of boats - birds,jumping dophins and finally every night witnessing a great sunset- can’t wait to come again- John and Anna from Niagara in Canada!

The prefect spot on the beach! Halfway to everything up and down the Blvd. Condo was beautiful and clean, awesome view of sunsets over the Gulf. Very secure gated property great pool and lounging area. We'll be back!

Loved everything about this rental. Very clean, comfortable beds, luxurious linens, fully stocked kitchen, good parking, great pool, close to beach, and met with property manager, Cecilia who walked us thru facilities to show us all the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed our month stay and would definitely return if available.

Great Location!

The Condo was clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. My family and I enjoyed our time at condo which was super close to Clearwater Beach. From condo to sand was about 2 min walk. I spent the sunsets on the balcony watching all the sailboats, view was amazing. Thank you to Cecilia who communicated with us and was a phone call away if we needed her. Awesome vacation!

Enjoyed our stay

This was our third visit to this property. Stayed in 2 other units previously. It’s a bit pricey but worth the extra expense due to its location. Pool was closed due to renovations but they allowed us to use the Holiday Inn’s pool. Quite inconvenient, but……. Oh well!

Summer vacay

We stayed here for 3 months. This condo is perfect for those looking to stay close to all the action where you can walk to the beach, dinner, and all the fun activities offered in Clearwater beach. The condo has beautiful views of the gulf and the amazing sunsets.

There's a beautiful heated pool and large patio area perfect for watching all the boating action going in and out of the harbor. All this plus the lush tropical landscaping and bird-watching to enjoy. And you might just see manatees. Be sure to take a trolley ride and spend the day at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium to see Winter the persevering dolphin and her friends.

View is breathtaking

We stayed at this property for five weeks and could not have been happier. The view was incredible off our balcony as we would see dolphins swimming by every morning. You are within a five minute walk to the beach and many restaurants as well.

Our Little Paradise - A True Holiday!

We totally enjoyed our stay at 440 West in Clearwater Beach. This condo provided all the amenities of a home. From our balcony, we saw many dolphins throughout the day, the Pirate ship, the Screamer, people parasailing and the sunsets at night were simply unremarkable. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a nice play to stay, while in Clearwater Beach.

Location,location, just wonderful

My husband and I stay in your condo for the full month of May, it was what I expected and some. The location couldn't have been more perfect with one short walk to the beautiful Clearwater Beach. The premises were beautiful,clean and felt safe. The condo was very clean had everything that we needed to make our stay great,very comfortable and with an amazing view of the gulf,where in the mornings enjoyed the dolphins on some days , along with the gulf breezes. And nothing more grander that the daily sunset ,a show of its own. Celia sorry we didn't get to meet due to some personal issues, but you were there on the phone when I needed to reach out to you. I must certanly recommend your place to anyone looking to enjoy a good stay in that area. I attended a few events in the building ,enjoyed the pool ,and conversation with staffs like Pat and Tony at the guard house. We accomplished our main mission beside vacation, we now are moving to Florida in July 2017. Thank you again ,many blessings.The Medina's

BEAUTIFUL!!!

We absolutely loved the condo unit and the 440 complex. The condo is absolutely beautiful and has a gorgeous view. Has all the comforts plus some of home. We saw boats and dolphins daily from the balcony. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable. The condo is on the fifth floor so you hear and see the amazing ocean waters. The ocean side pool was wonderful for daytime and nighttime swims. Top notch security. Very short walk to the white sand of Clearwater beach and Pier 60. Unforgettable sunsets. Lots of activities speed boating, tour boats, jet skiing, parasailing, and many others in the area. Weekend movies at Pier 60. I don't think you'd be disappointed with this condo. If possible, we would definitely come back! Thank you, Cecelia, for allowing us to rent this condo. We miss it already!
