    Frenchy’s East Shore Beach Cottages invite you to experience luxurious boutique coastal cottage accommodations in a quaint renowned resort town known to us locals as Clearwater Beach!



    The Space:

    Enjoy a relaxing coastal stay at East Shore Cottage No. 486! Located in Clearwater Beach’s tourist district, this welcoming cottage puts the beach, shops, restaurants, and pier within easy walking distance.

    The renovated home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with accommodations for up to eight guests an inviting place to spend time with family or friends.



    Prepare your favorite meals in the kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking essentials. The dining table seats four, with space for another four at the raised bar.



    After a day exploring Clearwater Beach, settle into the comfortable living room to watch TV or enjoy an evening outside on the patio with the BBQ grill.



    Each bedroom includes a queen-size bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room offers additional sleeping space, and both bathrooms have showers.



    A laundry room just off the patio makes longer stays more convenient.



    With the white sandy beach only a block away, you can easily head out for sunshine, seaside walks, and time by the water.

Favorite place on Clearwater island

We have stayed in many places on Clearwater over the years but this was by far our favorite. Manager was so helpful and accessible by text. House was clean, beautiful, and perfect for a family. Even the fenced in back patio was amazing and perfect for kids to play without being able to run away. Loved every minute and we will be back!

I stayed there July 14th thru 19th 2026. The cottage was about 2 blocks from the beach which was great. The place offered just about everything you needed to cook and go to the beach. The cottage was super clean and had a washer and dryer on site which was very convenient. The price with all the fees and cleaning was a little steep but you are getting a house. The owner was very good at answering any questions you had in a very fast manor. So there is a private and public side of the Pierre. Public side has more people and you can rent a canopy and 2 chairs for 50 dollars all day which was great. The side you are on is the private side which don’t have the rentals. It’s about a 6 minute walk to that side of Pierre. They do supply a wagon, chairs, umbrella, extra towels to go to the beach but we just walked to the public side and rented all the days we went to the beach. Also I recommend Pier 60 parasail! That’s was so much fun and get the camera and go pro deal, it’s totally worth it! Other than that it’s a great place to stay and I highly recommend this place. Thanks again..

Big kitchen, great back patio, and AC works great!Only downside is small bathrooms with no counter space and shower door leaked and caused water to go under floor boards.

Pleasant days, rough nights

The bathrooms were good, the kitchen/dining area was even better, the backyard was spectacular. However, 2 of 3 mattresses were completely worn out and uncomfortable- really inexcusable. I guess we go back to hotels when traveling

Great Time

The location was in easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, nightlife, and liquor store. Everything we needed was provided including kitchenware, towels, free washer and dryer on the premises, free parking, beach toys, cooler and beach chairs. The property manager was very responsive day or night and immediately took care of a plumbing issue we had. If you like beach bungalows vs. high rises, this is the place.

As well as a well stocked kitchen that was great for breakfasts and those nights we wanted to stay in. The property manager was quick to answer any questions I had during our stay. We have been to A LOT of beach town rentals in FL and this one checked all of the boxes for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Florida! The home comfortably fit our group of 7, with plenty of parking space for up to 3 cars. Everything was very clean and well-organized, and the spacious dining table became our favorite spot for family board games in the evenings.The house has clearly been recently remodeled — the new flooring and fresh interior made it feel modern and welcoming. It’s also in a fantastic location: just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by many delicious local restaurants.There were only a couple of small drawbacks: the shower in the master bathroom tends to let water flow out easily, and the sink water pressure was a bit weak. Other than that, everything was perfect.Overall, this was a great place for a family vacation or a trip with friends. We would definitely consider staying here again!
