Nice pool and great beach access. Lots of beach chairs and umbrellas available. Comfortable living room with large balcony and stocked kitchen for cooking. Walking distance to local restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops. Short, easy drive to both airports.

Such a cute place to stay right on the beach! We loved having access to beach chairs and other beach items included in the stay. Karla was excellent to book with and would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Stay & Communication

The property was just as beautiful as described and communication was excellent! Karla reached out prior to our stay with detailed information. This made the check-in process seemless and elevated the need for us to ask any questions. Even though all of the information we needed was provided upfront, she still took the time to reach out to make sure all was good. The condo is quite roomy and provides all the amenities needed. The cupboards were stocked with all of the dishes and spices, needed to eat and cook with. Because starter supplies such as toliet paper, paper towels, etc were provided there was no need to run to the store soon after travel. After a few beach vacations, I have learned how much of a treat it is when the host offers beach supplies and I truly appreciated having beach towels, chairs and especially a beach umbrella after getting a bit of a sunburn. What a live saver!The balcony was wonderful. It has an excellent view of the gulf without all of the direct sunlight. We only used two of the three bedrooms. The rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable that it was the first time in a long time that I didn’t miss my bed at home!I would definitely recommend this gorgeous gulf front property. Gorgeous condo right on IRB!

The property matched exactly with the pics and description—something that hasn’t always happened to us. It surpassed our expectations! The location was perfect, right on the beach and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space were terrific—everything is repaired post-hurricane. They have tennis and pickleball—all in great shape. The beds were so comfy, and the living space and kitchen had all we needed!

Perfect location

This condo is EXACTLY as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or amenities. We stayed during the peak of spring break and were expecting crowds, but the beach was manageable, always room for my kids to swim in the pool, and everyone respected the 10 pm quiet hours. We went into Clearwater for dinner one night and commented how much we preferred Indian Rocks with no high-rise buildings, smaller crowds, etc. The ocean is no more than a 5-minute walk from the front door to the unit, and a quick walk through the pool and across the sand. The beach was clean, sand was great quality (not rocky), and the kids loved hunting for sand dollars and shells. The water is CLEAR! The pool and bathrooms down there were clean and we enjoyed all of the outside amenities. However, the inside of this condo is just perfect. We ate breakfast in the condo every morning and prepped lunch for the beach. We also cooked dinner in the unit twice and it had everything we could have possibly needed. Beds were very comfortable and overall condo was exactly what we needed. I loved that they provide beach towels (you just have to wash them before you leave) and beach chairs; it made driving down so much easier. My kids are already asking to go back and stay in the same unit. Thank you!

Great location, Beautiful property

My family had a great stay at this property. The unit is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. The pool, beach and pickleball courts are within a few steps. The hot tub also was so nice. We will certainly be back next year. The owner Karla made sure everything was taken care of for us. Thank you.

Indian Rocks Stay

Great location with a beautiful beach! Loved the pickle ball courts and pool access. We were able to walk to restaurants, ice cream and coffee places nearby! The condo was so comfortable especially the beds. The towels were big, white and very soft! Totally enjoyed staying here for a week!

Perfect Getaway

Our family found this condo to be an absolute dream! The location is amazing. No hotels, boat ramps or tourist attractions meant the beach wasn't crowded and the entire surroundings were peaceful and safe. Staying right on the beach made enjoying it that much easier. We didn't have to pack up and try to find parking. Just walk outside and can easily go back for anything you need, to have lunch or grab any of the included beach items from the storage locker in the parking area. So many extras were provided all throughout the condo to simplify your stay. The locals were all very welcoming and friendly. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to spread out or do things together. You can pack lighter with the use of laundry in the unit itself. The finishes and decor in the condo were also very nice. Karla was so easy to communicate with and even allowed for an early check-in on Christmas. This was our kid's 1st visit to Florida and this will set the bar very high for them for future stays!!

Indian Rocks Beach Family Vacation

This property was beyond expectations. Plenty of room for our family of 5, and nicely decorated. All modern appliances, and plenty of beach toys for our use. The owner made check in extremely easy and reached out to ensure there were no issues during our stay. I highly recommend this property and will look to stay here again.

Beautiful and Clean Condo

Condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy, rooms were good size - plenty of room for us to spread out. Since we flew into the area, we loved having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, insulated coolers, beach toys and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and spices. The appliances were in good working condition, we especially appreciated the refrigerator's filtered water and ice maker. The condo faces north, so you get a good view of the gulf without too much western sun heating up the balcony in the evening. The common areas - pool, tennis/pickle ball court and corn hole patio were all in good shape and clean. The beach was a very short walk. There was a lot of seaweed that washed up on shore and floated in the first few feet of the water during our stay. We've not stayed in this part of Florida before, nor during the summer months, so maybe that is typical. It was just unexpected that the complex does not rake the beach in the morning as we've experienced in other locations. The owner was easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions quickly. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

Relaxing Getaway

My husband, daughter and I brought my mom to get away and relax. We each had a room to escape to, but we also had plenty of room to hang out also. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the balcony, our afternoons at the beach, and our evenings wearing matchjng pjs and having movie nights and popcorn. The living room has a large couch where everyone can spread out. The condo was close by several 5-star restaurants. This is the perfect place if you love Clearwater Beach but don’t want the busyness of Clearwater. The condo is beautifully decorated and also has plenty of chairs and toys for the beach! We hope to come back again!
