Gorgeous 2 bedroom condo directly on the Gulf of Mexico with a double patio overlooking the view. The pool is heated and there is a hot tub and they are both located directly on the gulf overlooking the water. It is close to John`s Pass and in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete beach. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. A great place to getaway and relax!

Spacious with amazing views of the sunset! Living space with a large screen TV and Leather sofa set is perfect for looking out at the ocean view and enjoying a movie or the big game! The open floor plan leads into the dining area with a beautiful wood dining table with seating for 6. The kitchen is custom designed with beautiful granite countertops providing everything needed to cook up an amazing dinner after a day at the beach.
After a day at the beach relax in the large master bedroom boasting a sleep number bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a desk as well to catch up or check in while you are away. The guest bedroom has two full beds with a large screen tv and a guest bathroom in the hall right next to the bedroom door.

Guests have access to the condo and the heated pool and outdoor space with grill. Shower and beach access. Guest will gain access into their unit using the last 4 numbers of the phone number on their reservation. Please note the building may be locked depending on when you arrive so please be sure to review your check in instructions which will be sent the day before you arrive for your code.

We are across the street from Dockside Dave-a popular local seafood restaurant. There are two grocery stores nearby as well as other restaurants and souvenir shops. We are also less than 2 miles from John’s Pass boardwalk.

Madeira Beach is directly between Saint Pete, Beach and Clearwater Beach, and has the same beautiful sand and blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. John’s Pass boardwalk less than 2 miles away has several restaurants and shops, but it also has excursions that you can go out on for the day like deep-sea fishing, dolphin, sightseeing, sunset, tour and even a pirate Cruise. You can also rent JetSki‘s here and go parasailing.

There is a trolley as well as a thriving Uber and Lyft share ride hub. Car rentals and Turo rentals are widely available also.

The pool area closes at 10 and the beach gate is locked at that time too. There is another beach access to the left of the condo, if you are facing the beach, by using the sidewalk.
