Suuret ikkunat tarjoavat tonnia luonnollista valoa. Kaikissa huoneissa on runsaasti kaappitilaa. On 2 king-vuodetta, 2 täyttä vuodetta, 1 queen-vuode. Kauniisti maisemoitu takapihalla on ranta-tyylinen suolaisen veden allas, jota ympäröivät lepotuoleja istua ja rentoutua grillattuna ja nauttia Floridan kauniista lämpimistä sääolosuhteista. Kaksi parveketta tarjoavat täydelliset asetukset nauttia aamukahvia tai ilta-cocktailia. On yhteisön veneluiska kadun toisella puolella. Excellent communication with the property manager. Concerns were addressed immediately. The house was exactly as advertised. The weather did not allow us to enjoy the pool as much as we liked, but is was as good as advertised. Very spacious house in a great neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Impressive Home

The house was very big and had all the necessities, no need to bring anything extra. It was great that our family, with adult children, was able to really spread out. The grounds/pool were in perfect condition! We loved the common room as well, to watch tv together. Just a glitch on checking in... they gave us the incorrect code. I'd recommend more instructions for garbage disposal use, recycling., what goes where, and television remote instructions could be clearer. We would definitely return!

We loved Indian Rocks Beach and the design of house and swimming pool. House had all the components promised. Killed a roach within 30 minutes of entering house. Need to check with pest control. One guest would not have stayed if she had known about roach. Living room couch broke when one guest sat down. We repaired the couch but all living room furniture needs to be taken to goodwill. House was overpriced for what was included. Kitchen cabinetry needs repaired or replaced.

Absolutely great place & location

Biltmore vacation homes goes above and beyond. This house was so spacious. Absolutely perfect. Short 10-minute walk to the beach didn't even feel that long. A lot of fresh seafood restaurants nearby. Beautiful ocean.

Sadly outdated and worn

Sadly the pictures aren’t of the current state of the house. The house is worn, chipped cabinets, mismatched floors, lumpy beds and a dirty pool upon arrival. Management was quick to answer, but sadly the place just wasn’t what we expected for the price we paid and the pictures we saw.

Amazing property in a wonderful location

We loved this place. It felt like a home away from home. Our kids absolutely loved the beach toys and the beach cart was so handy. House was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed and more. Location was brilliant as well. Close to restaurants/bars and beach (the sunsets here are amazing too).

Wonderful beach getaway

This house is big and beautiful! There was plenty of space inside and out for our group. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Loved the quiet neighborhood. Overall fantastic stay.

Perfect home & location

This home was beautiful & spacious for our family of 9 people in July. The pool was perfect for our family of ages 18 months - 60. Totally worth the price. We needed a propane tank on a Friday evening & the rep with Biltmore vacations had one there in 15 min. We woke up one morning & the air had stopped working. We went to the beach & they had it fixed by noon.

Great Stay

This was a great place to spend the week in Indian Rocks. There were two families with 4 kids and the house was extremely accommodating. The pool was awesome and there were a lot of inflatables for the kids and adults to use. The house was in a great location to get anything you needed. The only drawbacks would be there was no bathroom amenities such as shampoo and conditioner. Also, the kitchen had only the bare essentials but nothing extra like coffee filters and scrub brushes to clean dishes. Know you will have to buy some things to make your time there a little easier. Other than that, the house was clean and the sheets and both beach and bathroom towels were in great condition. We would definitely recommend this house if you’re looking for a getaway.

Great house and a great family oriented neighborhood

Overall experience was great, the house is in great shape, it just needs a few minor upgrades: fix the freezer handle, fix the sink in the hallway ( no water comes out), fix the water temperature in the bathroom in the main hallway by the bedroom.

Great House

Had a great experience. Overall, house was in good shape. Nicely updated. Very good communication with manager/owner. Easy check-in and the owner was accommodating to all requests. Pool was on small side, but we knew that going in. A few large bugs were on floor when we got there, but no big deal. It’s florida after all. About a 7-8 minute walk to the beach, pulling a wagon with young kids so location was awesome. We’d likely stay here again!

Family vacation

My family stayed at the property for 9 days. The house was comfortable for all 6 adults and two boys, ages 3 and 5. The pool was awesome and the littles lived in it when we were at the house. The park close by the property added fun to their day. The beach is a close walk and beautiful! Our stay was all we could have asked for! Thanks to the property managers!!!

Excellent location/great communication with manager

Loved the location. We could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. Recommend Salt Public House, TJ’s Italian Restaurant, Cafe de Paris, Guppies, Grouper on Gulf and Keegan’s. The house looked just like the pictures. Nice open area, large dining room table, large refrigerator and large washer and dryer and garage parking for one car. Also appreciated the 4 garbage bins and twice a week garbage collection. Tom, the property manager was a miracle worker and found someone to come over on a Sunday night to replace a broken part in pool heater. Loved the pool area. The pool was cleaned twice a week and there was plenty of seating. Tom also fixed a few minor maintenance issues. He responded within a hour or so. He also brought over extra propane for the grill. Thank you, Tom! It is a good rental for a group. We were three couples and we had plenty of space to spread out. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Think this home might work better for short term rentals than the month that we rented. We probably wouldn’t have noticed the minor maintenance issues, if we only there a short time, Because we were there a month, we ended up picking up a few kitchen items (crock pot, 9x10 casserole, measuring cups and spoons, and serving glass casseroles.) We picked a few more hangers and cushions for some of the pool chairs. Didn’t ask Tom for these, as we picked them up at a thrift shop or figured we could use them at home. We would love to give this home a five star, but it needs little updating of living room furniture. The furniture was comfortable but showing wear. It also needs a few shelves installed in the closet. Just a heads up: remember that you will be hauling luggage and groceries upstairs, so try to pack lighter weight suitcases and grocery bags with supplies. Also, we knew looking at the pictures that there weren’t lamps in any rooms, so brought reading lights. (We’re old and still read books. Ha!Ha!) I’m sure this would not be an issue for our millennial kids. Thanks for a wonderful month and Tom’s help in making our vacation so wonderful.

Fun Girls Weekend in Indian Rocks Beach Home

The home is clean and well appointed. The outdoor patio and pool area are very nice and there are many floats and pool toys available for use. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach, there are beach chairs, a rolling cooler and a beach wagon provided to easily bring everything you need to the beach. Conveniently, there are a few restaurants/bars within walking distance. It was a great place to stay!

Perfect spot for families!

Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 toddlers. We did need to rent some baby gear which worked out really well. There were steps that needed to be gated. The heated pool was perfect for the littles. They could wade in to their chins and play in knee deep water. The beach is just 2 blocks away. We used a wagon from the garage to carry chairs and towels. Had a wonderful time!

Location is great for walking to the beach, about .25 mile Overall experience was very good, and communication with the company was excellent. They allowed us to check in an hour early, which we greatly appreciated. Interior of the house was very clean, but there are certain things that are dated and showing a fair amount of wear and tear. Outside of the house needs to be cleaned.

Thanksgiving vacation

We had 7 adults and 1 infant under 2. Perfect house for all of us. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was heated, which was nice to have. The picnic tables by the pool were great to have appetizers and drinks by. House was clean, spacious, and the bathrooms, kitchen and living area looks like recently remodeled. The management company was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. Would recommend this property.

Overpriced.

Wonderful location, able to walk to the park, restaurants and the beach. Beautiful kitchen and dining room. TVs were very difficult to figure out even simple channels. Bathroom TV was not even hooked up to a cable/plug in the wall, it was as if it was in for "show" only. Patio door facing the street had no indoor handle on it, it was completely broken off. Living room shades were broken. Construction across the street blocks any view of the intercoastal watery that the property had in the past. A cockroach greeted us in the main hallway, one noted emerging from ceiling fan in the living room during our stay. Largest disappointment: pool. It was very cold. Due to trees surrounding the property for privacy, it was shade covered for most of the day. My elderly father went to sit on a pool chair and fell to the ground as they were almost all broken/rusted to the point of one more bottom sitting on them and they would break. I did contact the management agency upon arrival about the pool chairs. I was connected to an after hours voicemail and eventually received and email that there was nothing they could do, they had no replacements. I understand each property is not perfect, but for the price we paid to stay at this house, expectations of sturdy pool chairs were included as depicted in the pictures. We will not be staying at this house again. I hope this review does prompt some changes as it is a beautiful property.
