Koti poissa kotoa -Hamilton House 101 on GOLD-arvioitu Cornerin kahden makuuhuoneen ja kahden kylpy Gulf Front-lomavuokraus, joka sijaitsee Indian Rocks Beachillä. Tällä tilavalla 1. kerroksen (ei maanpinnan tasolla) loma-asunnolla on ihana sisustus ja oma yksityinen Persianlahden edessä oleva parveke näköalalla kauniille valkoisen sokerihiekkarannalle. Paljon parvekekalusteita nauttiaksesi upeista auringonlaskuista! Parvekkeelle pääsee sekä olohuoneesta että makuuhuoneesta!

Loma-asunto 101 tarjoaa täysikokoisen, täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on kodinkoneet, kuten mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone, varustetut laatikot ja kaapit ... kaikki mitä tarvitset nauttiaksesi ruokailun kotona. Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys. Taulu-tv (kaapeli) olohuoneessa ja molemmissa makuuhuoneissa, puhelin ilmaisilla paikallispuheluilla ja Wi-Fi ovat myös saatavilla.

Makuuhuoneissa on yksi KING makuuhuoneessa ja 2 parivuodetta toisessa makuuhuoneessa. Molemmissa kylpyhuoneissa on yksi pesuallas. Kylpyhuoneessa on suihkukaappi ja vieraskylpyhuoneessa amme-suihkukombo. 101: llä on pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Keskuslämmitys- ja ilmastointi- ja kattotuulettimet.

Hamilton House Resort -hotellin palveluihin kuuluvat Gulf Front-uima-allas, aurinkoterassi, hiiligrilli, ilmainen pysäköinti, sisähissijärjestelmä, portaat, uima-altaan wc ja ulkosuihku. Kätevä pääsy sekä Tampa Internationalista että St. Pete-Clearwaterin lentokentät ja sijaitsevat keskeisellä paikalla lähellä parhaimpia nähtävyyksiä, Indian Rocks Beach on suoraan Madeiran rannan pohjoispuolella ja Clearwaterin rannan eteläpuolella.

Yksi lähistöllä tunnetuimmista nähtävyyksistä on Clearwater Beachin laituri 60 ja sen auringonlaskun viihteet. Muita nähtävyyksiä ovat John's Pass Village ja Boardwalk, Clearwaterin akvaario, Downtown St. Petersburg Arts District, Dunedin Scottish Village ja Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks ja Kreikkalainen kylä.

Great beach view and location.

The condo was as described. We had a great view of the beach and it was just steps away. All of the amenities were great. We even found a few new favorite restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful spot and very comfortable condo

We have been vacationing in this area for quite some time. This is the first time we stayed at Hamilton House. We were very pleased with how nice the condo was!! Exactly as described and pictured. The beds are super comfy too. We were so excited to see there were beach chairs in the closet!! Plenty of bathroom towels and even beach towels! The balcony was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets!! We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great location right on the beach

Very good property right on the Gulf front with spacious balcony. Beds extremely comfortable. Problem with after hours check in promptly resolved by on call staff. Unfortunate issue with air con again resolved by property manager as quickly as was possible. Overall recommend this property and JC Resorts.

The Lanai is huge, can see the water from your bed!! Clean, well-equiped, close to so many restaurants and shops, we walked everywhere. Highly recommend!!

Worst mattress we’ve ever laid on. Everything was very nice. Sand Dollar employees were excellent, especially Annette who was a pleasure to talk to.

Minimal toiletries provided. Good communication from ownership. This is our 2nd stay in this condo and we cant wait to come back again!

Love the building's location and this condo was very 's great that the balcony was over a grassy area rather than being over the pool, making for a quiet location. The bed rooms were very nice and everything we needed for our stay was available. Love that great restaurants like Guppy's and Keagans are just a walk away and love that we have. choice between the beach and pool.

Rental manager aattention to property

The unit was as advertised. When we had an immediate issue the Rental Manager promptly responded. That said the Manager needs to pay better attention to the routine matters, that is, light bulb replacement, synching the TVs with the cable boxes, the imbalance of the A/C throughout the unit, dish washing liquid and auto dishwasher detergent to meet a 3 week stay. If these matters were routinely addressed, 5 stars would be rightly earned.

Beautiful property

This is my second time staying at Hamilton House. The condo was beautiful and actually more modern than the pictures. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Close to restaurants and an easy trolley ride to Clearwater and Madeira Beach. The only negatives would be that there were only two functional beach chairs, both were old and uncomfortable. There was no cooler for the beach which would have been useful. The zero gravity chair on the balcony was also very uncomfortable. These were definitely small inconveniences. The week we stayed, there was a large group of 38 people at the property, so we were not able to enjoy the pool as they dominated the space all week. The property manager was very helpful when I spoke to her about the situation. I believe this was unusual, and it would not stop me from recommending this condo. It’s a beautiful place with a great location.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed here last year, and it was amazing.this year I was a little disapointed are bedroom sliding glass door would not lock because it was broken. also every time we opened the screen door off the bedroom and front room it fell off, we had to keep putting it back up. I did call the office about it, and they said they would send someone to fix it but that never happened.also, the stairway to get upstairs the lock would never open so I had to send someone up the elevator to come down the stairs to open the door for me I am unable to take the elevator, so my only way up was using the stairs.then our last day staying there we had a maintenance guy walk into our condo he knocked but only waited a couple of seconds before he entered, and I had my young teenage daughter there that he walked in on.which I dont understand why he came that day to change the filter because the next morning we had to checkout by 10am and the next group of people would not be checking into 4:pm so why did he not wait to change the filter the next day when no one was staying there?

Great vacation at Hamilton House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this was very clean and updated with very nice furnishings. The location is excellent, less than 45 minutes from Tampa airport, good parking facilities, nice pool area (heated pool), beautiful beach. Across the street there is an Italian restaurant (TJ's), pizza joint (Chicago Jaqx), seafood restaurant (Keegan's) and about 1 to 2 blocks away a locals bar (Hurricane Eddies) and small grocery/convenient store. Lots of other restaurants and shopping up and down the road. Had to make a few phone calls before check in to verify some info and everyone I spoke with was professional and very friendly. Key codes for all entries. There were 6 beach towels and beach toys, a couple of chairs and small umbrella to use in one of the closets, no cooler, although we brought our own collapsible one. Well stocked kitchen, provided small bath soaps and some starter TP. It's really nice to have ocean/beach view from the primary bedroom as it shares the large balcony. Plenty of storage space in the drawers and hangars in the closet. Great shower in the primary bath. We spent a lot of time on the balcony gazing at the beach/ocean. Would stay here again. Enjoy!
