Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. This unit’s balcony is currently being restored and is expected to remain closed until approximately May 2026. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments. Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends.
