Madeira beach stay

You pay for the view at this condo, there were cockroaches all over, doors had dirty hand marks all over, the vents were all dusty and the balcony furniture was falling apart. For the price we paid, our stay was very disappointing.

No extra amenities

We have stayed at several condos in Madeira Beach over the years and we have never had to buy our own amenities. The unit at Las Brisas was not supplied with many of the amenities we’ve had in the past. We had to supply our own blankets, beach towels, dish soap, hand soap, kitchen spices, detergent, etc. Although the location is always amazing, we will likely not return to this unit if the amenities aren’t expanded.

Location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. Appeared to be one of the older buildings in the area but overall was in good condition. We had a good time

Totally Worn & Dirty

The location of this condo is excellent. However, our stay in the unit itself was very uncomfortable. The condition of the contents was extremely worn and dirty. The general condition of the counters, cabinets, walls, etc. was also dirty and worn. The dishes in the cabinets still had food/drink on them. We called the rental agency and they offered another cleaning, which we accepted. One woman appeared with a bottle of Clorox spray and a roll of paper towels, which would not have made a dent. We had done that ourselves. Linens being the exception, we left the condo cleaner than when we arrived.

Christmas holiday

Family came from Wisconsin and we had a great time. Condo was as pictured and we had beautiful views. Within walking distance to many things and restaurants. Great time, great place! We will be back!

Great views, great location, but…

I stayed at Las Brisas several times. In this particular unit, the floors were nice looking and modern but also a dark color. Although the floors looked clean, I don’t believe they were actually mopped in a very long time. Within 5 minutes of taking our shoes off, the bottom of our feet were dirty black. If you had socks on, especially white, they were dirty as can be. This was in every room. Get out of the shower, and you had to put shoes on right away or your feet were black again. The showers were not powerful at all. When checking out I did tell the contact for the condo and showed a picture of the bottom of our feet, how dirty. Contact said we should have called and they would have sent someone to mop the floors. We traveled overnight to get there and were too tired to have anyone disrupt us. Also, tiny little ants in the master bathroom. I would think that this would definitely be addressed so, yes, I would stay there again, Because after this review and discussion with contact person, I am sure they would not let this issue happen again. It is a great location, great beach, plenty of restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Take care of the issue and you have an excellent place to stay!

Great Location on the Gulf

The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. The kitchen was fully equipped with relatively new appliances. The washer and dryer were also relatively new. The balcony has an amazing view of the beach and sunsets over the Gulf. As the unit is above the pool, there can be some noise from guests enjoying the pool. During our stay, there was a water leak in the unit above. The maintenance staff responded very quickly on a Sunday and turned off the water faucet that was leaking. The unit has 2 parking spots, they are located on the side of the side of the garage parking that is under the unit (near the pool).

Wonderful week!

Had a great time at this property! We never could get the WiFi to work but we did without it and it was ok. We called about it and the troubleshooting that was suggested didn’t work. Apparently, other units/buildings may have stronger connections so ours couldn’t be found. Overall, a great stay and a really nice location!

Loved it!!

This was the perfect place for me and my family! There were nine of us! We did not feel crowded at all!! It looks exactly like the pictures!! We will be rebooking for next year!! The staff was so nice! It was a fabulous vacation!!!

Really nice view .

So far it has been one of my favorite place to spend our family vacation . Great view to the beach , pool and street . Never had a rental with all those views and this one surprise me.

Wonderful location beautiful beach but the unit was not very clean.

We loved the location and the beach. The condo wasn't very clean. In fact there was a bloody sanitary napkin stuck to the floor in the closet my teenaged boys were staying in.. The vents in the bathroom were completely clogged with dust. We had no hot water twice and had to wait for maintenance to come fix it one time it was the next day. We had a huge roach running around but we killed that. Coffee and sugar under the liner in the cupboards. Dirt and makeup on the doorframe. Our sheets were dirty when we arrived. The towels provided for a beach condo were not adequate for a large group. We were constantly washing towels and not nice towels more like cheap hotel towels. I did contact the office about these things but only the hot water was addressed. For the price of the unit a night and the cleaning fees I expected it to be clean. I loved the area and will definitely be back to Madeira Beach just not at this unit.

Overall Great Place

Overall great place to stay. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, pool was great for the kids, and had all the basics you need to enjoy a week. Being a little closer to John’s pass than we stayed in the past, the traffic was a little busier, but would 100% stay there again. A couple of the outlets in the bedroom didn’t work, but an easy fix. Recommend adding some pool noodles in the room and a boogie board for the kids; would literally only have to buy groceries!! Property Management Company and Owner were fantastic.

Great Condo With Amazing View of Gulf!

LB407 is a great condo. The view from the balcony is spectacular and the new wicker outdoor furniture make sitting outside so relaxing and enjoyable. The unit has a new washer and dryer so previous concerns are no longer an issue for guests - they both worked great. My family and I had an amazing vacation and will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect for a family getaway!

I am always worried the pictures won’t match what I actually get, but thankfully that was not the case! I was very pleased with the apartment, the beach view, and location in general. I stayed here with my family (8 adults & 2 teenagers), and it was a perfect fit! Just plan on making a stop for more things like toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, etc!

Great time

Condo rooms are big so that is a big plus. Overall pretty good! Only recommendation is upgrade the dryer. It sometimes takes three cycles to get the towels and clothes dry.
