Päivitetty avoimen pohjaratkaisun huoneisto kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Condo sisältää pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, makuuhuone ja den kerrossänky. Sijaitsee lahdella ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta. Ympärivuorokautinen vastaanotto toivottaa vieraat tervetulleiksi. Madeira Bay Resort tarjoaa hissejä, rakennuksen alla olevan pysäköintialueen, lämmitetyn uima-altaan, porealtaan, kuntosalin ja paikan päällä olevan täyden palvelun kylpylän. This property was very clean and spacious and having two bathrooms was great for us. The beach was right across the street and our room had beach chairs and a portable cooler which was so nice. The pool was small and somewhat crowded but we were at the beach most of the time anyway. We chose to Uber from the airport and had groceries delivered through Uber as well which saved us money. The boardwalk is within walking distance so plenty of places to eat and shop. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

Great Spring Break

Just got back from this staying in this condo and we had a wonderful time. It was very clean, close to everything. We would stay here again. Owners of the condo are very nice. I did like the fact it was stocked with more cleaning type supplies than most VRBO's, I would say it is a little loud being on the street side,so if noise is something you know would bug you, I would maybe not stay here. We did have a few hiccups,but owners took care of it right away and it didn't hinder our trip.

Very nice place!

The condo is very nicely updated and beautifully decorated. It’s right on a busy street so there’s some noise, but overall it’s very quiet. Walking distance to lots of bars and shops and John’s Pass has many restaurants right on the water. The hurricane damage was evident here and there, but there were plenty of places to go.

Location was amazing!!

This condo was perfect and the hosts were fantastic. The location is literally across the street from the beach and a couple minutes walk to John’s pass. The unit had everything you could need and the beds were so comfortable. Great stay

30th Birthday weekend beach trip

We had a great trip overall. This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. We love the area but will probably not stay here again. Beware that if you are staying at this property and taking pets that you will get charged 2 pet fees, one when you book the rental and one when you check in and you will also need pet records. Our dog is even registered as a ESA dog for my husband and we still had to pay the pet fees. We were not told anything about needing our pet records until we arrived and had to scramble around to get them and send them to the condo. Unit was nice and clean and has been updates some. Tried to use the kitchen but there we no hot pads to take anything out of the oven so we just ended up eating out the whole time we were there. You will also need to get dish soap and hand soap for while you are there because none is provided for your stay. You will also have to get laundry detergent to be able to wash the beach towels after you use them before you leave. It was nice to have the pool this year but it was very hot and not really relaxing in the heat. Walls are very thin and you can hear the people next door and or dogs barking next door or on your floor while you are trying to sleep. Loved being walking distance to the beach and John’s Pass. We gave this unit another shot this year because we loved the location but we have decided we will more than likely find a different place to stay next year when we come down for vacation.

Buyer Beware

This unit is pooled with others in the building and/or owned by the owners. You may not actually get the unit that is on the listing - which was our experience. Although the listing shows bunk beds, that is not what we got. We were switched without notice or consent to a different unit. Pull-out couch frame was broken and unusable as a bed. The owners and building management went silent as soon as there was a problem. The location however is very good and yes, it is directly across the street from a beautiful beach. Bring your own soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, tinfoil/plastic wrap if you plan to cook and make sure to take your trash out or they will charge you back a fee.

Birthday vacation trip

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything that we needed was provided in the apartment. Beach gear was also provided. The pool was closed while we were staying which was a big disappointment. Sometimes we wanted to jump in the pool to cool off instead of the beach. Beach was beautiful and we had perfect weather while we were there. We would definitely book this apartment again. Check in and check out was very easy.

Great Location

Loved the property and the location was fantastic! We were steps away from the beach and walking distance to John's Pass!! Was given incorrect condo information related to the property, check in, etc. including the wrong ADDRESS!! Asked if it was ok to check in late the morning of check in and did not get a response. Thank goodness I asked for the address in an earlier correspondence otherwise we would have not known where to go!! Otherwise, stay was great! Would have given 5 stars, but owners didn't seem overly concerned when I told them I was given all the wrong info. Just "sorry, we have two condos and confused which one you were staying at". Despite this, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Good beach location

The beach is just a short walk across gulf blvd. There is cross walk right in front of the building for safe crossing. Johns pass village is 2 blocks south of the Building which is a plus. The Condo itself is in need of some updating. The master bedroom is on the west side above the road, the road noise was a problem for us sleeping, I slept with ear plugs which helped a little. The single pane windows allow the road noise to come right in. We stayed 26 nights and the rate was acceptable for that much time. The second bedroom has a very saggy mattress on the bottom bunk bed. My Wifes sister slept in the top bunk after her first night, she stayed with us five nights. It does have a washer and dryer in the unit which is helpful for long stays. I may stay in the building again but probably in a unit on the east side facing the Marina.

Nasty and Mold Smell

We had to check out after only one night! We should have walked out immediately, but where do you find another place the weekend of Christmas! The place was nasty when we checked in and smelled horribly of mold and mildew! There is water damage in the walls, bathroom and kitchen counter. I spent an hour cleaning when we arrived. Kitchen and Lanai chairs were covered with dirt and dust. After a miserable night of coughing and nose and throat burning because of mold, we checked out the next morning. (we had to sleep with the sliders open to let fresh air in) The owner nor VRBO nor property manager helped us to find a new place to stay.. and it was Christmas Eve. I would never recommend this property. I have asked for a full refund and they still have not agreed to do so - they won't even respond! I have filed disputes on my credit card for the stay. (it was supposed to be for 3 nights). Worse place I've ever stayed in and what's even worse is they didn't help us find another place to stay nor will respond to my refund request!

Great getaway!

Very nice/clean condo located in a very convenient location. Loved the fact that we could walk to the beach, the boardwalk shops just a couple of blocks away. Great place for a relaxing weekend!

Cleaning spacious condo

Condo is just as described and convent to shopping and beach. It is located on busy four lane highway, no view, pool is small and in parking lot. Not relaxing. It is a perfect place to lay your head and rest after playing on beach, not if you have to hang out during the day for naps or plan on pool time with small kids.

Close to It All

Upon Arrival, the check in process was extremely easy. Walking into the room, I was a bit confused at first, because the pictures showed that the condo was facing the harbor and the view of the beach would be on the other side in the distance. The view of the beach was distant, BUT it was absolutely beautiful. However, that was the only view that was offered from the condo. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for the duration of our trip. The beach was an extremely short walk across the street, and so were all of the shops and restaurants that served endless entertainment (less than 2 blocks walking) to my family with a 9 & 10 year old and my husband. The pool serviced our family with hours of fun and it was clean. The air conditioned rooms were flawless and the televisions in each room were a great bonus. And the owner even provided chairs and beach mats to take across the street to the beach from the room. Overall, a great trip with a great residing location! Coach Kylah
