7 Minute Walk to Beach- Completely Renovated and Pool Views! Two Heated Pool!

Upon entering this 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo, you're greeted by thoughtful updates throughout the entire space, floor to ceiling. At the front entrance, to the right is the comfortable living room featuring a new leather loveseat and queen sleeper sofa, and a large smart TV above the fireplace. The comfortable queen sleeper sofa has the latest 'flip' technology, meaning you don't have to remove the cushions to convert it to a bed- making set up and clean up a breeze! This entire cozy space is highlighted by a wall of windows to bring in plenty of natural light and a view of the largest pool at the community.

Behind the living room is the open concept kitchen with bar stool seating right off of it. The fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with gorgeous touches, and features everything you could dream of for cooking up your favorite home cooked meals and snacks. There are both types of coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee), a blender, toaster, electric tea kettle, stainless steel appliances, a separate wine/ beverage fridge, and plenty of cookware, dining ware, and Tupperware.

Right off the kitchen is the sunny dining room, accentuated by a wall of windows facing the balcony. There is seating for four, plus the two bar stool seats off the kitchen. Around the corner from the dining area is the half bathroom, the stairs to go up to both bedrooms and full bathroom, and the beach gear closet. There are some beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon for your use while you're here to make the short 10 minute walk to the beach even easier!

Up the stairs is the updated full bathroom with a large vanity, in unit washer and dryer, and a tub/shower combo. There is also a hair dryer and a first aid kit in the full bathroom.

Next to the full bathroom are both bedrooms. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, room darkening curtains, a large smart TV, and closet. The spacious master bedroom features a comfortable sitting area, ceiling fan, large smart TV (that swivels completely to face the bed), a large walk in closet, room darkening curtains, and a king sized bed. This bedroom is highlighted by a wall of windows for a view of the pool!

Please note, this condo is only accessible by stairs. There is one flight to access the unit, and another flight of stairs inside to access both bedrooms and the full bathroom. There is no elevator at the complex.

Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a highly sought after waterfront community sitting right on the intercoastal waters of Madeira Beach. This community has numerous resort style amenities you're craving for a relaxing vacation! There are two heated pools, an indoor hot tub, two fitness rooms (one for cardio, another for weights), men's and women's locker rooms and saunas, multiple fishing piers with cleaning stations, and a paved sidewalk that wraps around the entire community for you to take in those waterfront views! **Please note, the fitness rooms, locker rooms, saunas, and indoor hot tub are not available at this time and are being repaired from the recent hurricanes.

Please note:
This community requires 7 day notice with an application filled out.
There are two cameras on the property for the owner's security. One is on the exterior stairs/ entrance, (but does not have a view of the balcony/ patio area). The other is inside the locked attic space that is off limits to guests. Full privacy is guaranteed for guests!
The facility does not allow parties or events.
There is no smoking allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
Even though the condo owners are pet lovers, the Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condos do not allow pets.
For the safety of your children and in consideration of other guests, parents must always supervise their children.
The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with a starting supply. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies.

This unit sleeps 6 people total (this number includes adults, children, and infants).
