Spacious beach condo, just steps across the street to gorgeous Indian Shores Beach. Top floor condo with views of the gulf water from the balcony, and inter-coastal water from the master bedroom. Amazing 18ft ceilings! (No elevator) Just pack your bags, condo is fully furnished for your stay including appliances, dish ware, linens, washer/dryer in unit and a downstairs storage unit full of beach accessories. (beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, beach umbrella/canopy, beach wagon, cooler - all included. )
Complex offers a heated pool, private boat ramp and dock overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Comfy condo offers a 2/2 layout including a private, beautifully renovated en suite master with a king sized bed! Second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and living room sofa is also a queen sleeper. Condo features a 55” smart tv with a PlayStation 3 and accessories in the living room along with a Nintendo Wii and games. Master bedroom has a 32” tv with cable, and middle bedroom also has a 32” tv with ROKU and a Blu-ray/dvd player. WiFi is included. Lots of board games and toys for the kids to enjoy when you’re taking a break from the sunshine.
Parking - Condo has 2 designated parking spots tandem underneath the building.
Walking distance to lots of restaurants and beach shops.

Great getaway!

Perfect location! I love the west coast of Florida and this place was a short walk accross the street to the beach! Super clean and loved the bonus beach stuff! Will definitely stay here again!

Great place

Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. It had all the beach essentials you could need and was conveniently close to beach access. The property was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is such a short walk to the beach (2 min) and it was so great to borrow the supplied beach items. We absolutely loved the pool! This was our 4th spring in Indian Shores and we will definitely plan to stay here again!

Quick getaway!

Location was great! A short walk across the street to the beach. Beach supplies were a plus (but could be cleaned. I know guests are supposed to do this but should be checked occasionally). Close to grocery and activities. Pool area was small for the number of condos. The weather was still cool so we didn't use the pool area. The layout of the condo was great with lots of room for our family of three. We ate out so we did not use the kitchen. The condo had been redone but appeared it had been a while as some of the furniture was worn. The floors seemed a little soft in places when you walked across them. The outside (steps and door) could use freshening up a bit too. The 3 stars for cleanliness is because it could use a deep cleaning. There was no mold in the showers and no bugs in the unit, but there was a lot of dust on lights and ceiling fans. Overall our stay was good and I could recommend this place if cleaned a little better.

Beach Time

Perfect place for a small family to stay. Condo had everything we needed to cook in when we didn't want to go out. Location perfect mid island. Able to walk to everything we needed or wanted. Trolley stop right in front of condo along with a beach access. Roger was very easy to work with and fast to respond.

Bathrooms not up to standards

There was no water pressure in the Master Bathroom, which made it impossible to wash your hair and the guest bathroom had a moldy shower curtain liner. The owner was notified right away and never responded or did anything to fix it during our stay. After a day at the beach, not being able to shower is a huge issue!!!

The best girls trip!

We LOVED our stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and the condo was adorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. There were only a few *minor* (and I mean REALLY minor) issues for us - the front bathroom could use a new shower curtain liner, the garbage disposal didn’t work so the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and the beach chairs were a little rusty so they stained our towels a bit. Those things were no big deal in the grand scheme of things. All in all, I’d give the condo 10 stars. We will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you!!!

Very nice rental

We had a great time, overall very clean . Management was receptive to feedback. Beds were very comfortable. Mater shower is huge (could use a little more water pressure) second bath needs a mat in the shower, it’s very slippery. Still a 5 star stay.

Perfect location

We were impressed with the size of this condo! It was nice for our family of 5 to have some space to spread out. It was super close to beach and very easy to walk and to. The storage room with all the beach stuff was a huge bonus! The condo was clean, beautiful and nicely decorated. They thought of everything! The notes they left for tips etc were very helpful! Loved everything about this place!! Will definitely recommend to others!

Perfect stay!

There is literally nothing I could suggest to make our stay/this property any better than it was/is. The condo, neighborhood, beach accessibility, etc. were all terrific and Roger was a great host. We cannot wait to stay here again in 2025!

Wonderful place to vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation to Indian Rocks Beach! The condo was great for our family. We had just a short walk to the beach. We have 3 kiddos ages 5 and under, and the walk was very doable. The condo was supplied with a wagon and all the beach supplies needed. My kids really enjoyed the pool as well! The only downside was trying to keep our kids from running and disturbing the guests below us. It was a bit stressful trying to keep our 1 year old from running as she isn’t able to understand when we tell her not to run. When booking, it is important to consider your children’s ages and if they will be able to walk quietly through the condo. We had an older couple staying below us that was not very understanding of our littles. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we hope to come back again!
