Ocean Sands 1108 is a Gold 2-bedroom 2 bath Condo on the 11th floor

Home Away from Home -Ocean Sands 1108 is a spectacular GOLD rated CORNER two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf front vacation rental in Madeira Beach. This spacious 11th-floor vacation rental is beautifully decorated and includes a private balcony with access from the living area and main bedroom. The private balcony features stunning views of our beautiful sugar sand beach and world famous sunsets. 1108 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home.

Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and both bedrooms, telephone with free local calls are also provided.


Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 1 queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided though we do suggest bringing beach towels.


Maximum occupancy: 4. 14-night minimum stay required. Rentals must be reserved **BACK TO BACK** during peak rental periods. Your departure date must abut the arrival date for the rental following. No Smoking. No pets. HOA requires a $100. parking fee per car. The $100 parking fee per car is payable to the HOA staff on site and on arrival. Ocean Sands Resort amenities include Gulf front swimming pool, sundeck, interior elevator system with 2 cars, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower.

Favorite Condo

My husband and I have stayed in this condo on 2 occasions and have already booked for Christmas 2024. Our favorite condo in Ocean Sands. Love the views from 3 different sides of the building and on the 11th floor. Need I say more?

We'll Be Back

The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. It is a good size with plenty of storage space. The kitchen is full size with newer appliances and stocked with cooking utensils. Great location on the beach with a fantastic view. Walking distance to John's Pass. Couches were comfy. A couple of suggestions: For us the mattress could have been firmer. Coasters would help to protect the glass. In addition to the Spectrum channel guide, perhaps directions on how to use it would help those of us who are not familiar with Spectrum. Clothes dryer guide would help. Overall we had a great stay and have signed up for the same 2 weeks in 2025.

Incredible condo. The elevators were a problem at times, and being in the 11th floor makes them required - at least for me!

Spectacular Views

We loved this property. A corner unit on the 11th floor with windows on 3 different sides of the building. Spent a lot of time people watching from above. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated with updated features. Clean and comfy. Very convenient location. Walked everywhere. Loved it so much we tried to book for Christmas but was already booked. We will be staying 2 floors below this unit instead. Will return to this unit next summer.

Great location

Nice property. Great location! Easy walk across the street to convenience store, CVS, restaurants and bars. Winn Dixie is very close as well. Unit is comfortably furnished. Great views of gulf and intracoastal. Beautiful pool and spa.

1108 Ocean Sands

1108 Ocean Sands is exactly as pictured and did not disappoint. Beautifully decorated and kitchen very well equipped with everything you could want. We brought our own Keurig single use machine because only 1 coffee drinker, but there is a drip coffee maker provided. Breathtaking views of the ocean and city/intercoastal and comfortable balcony furniture. Pool , hot tub and landscaping all well maintained. Huge TV, now that I'm home my 52" seems very small. Perhaps Netflix could be added as a lot of the TV stations are locked. Beautiful beach and sunsets. Well situated with grocery, drugstore and some restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely return to this unit and property. We had a small concern with a slow bathroom sink drain which was immediately taken care of after contacting property mgt. Just mentioning it to show that they reacted very quickly.

Ocean Sands

The condo was exactly as described on VRBO. Extremely clean and had everything you would need to enjoy your stay. Picking up and dropping off keys wasn't a problem but a code as most units seemed to have would have been move convenient. Although that was a minor inconvenience. The view was fantastic. We watched as "Nicole" came thru and that was exciting too.

Condo was beautiful. From the moment we opened the door, we could see the ocean.

Condo was beautiful. Everything looked brand new. From the moment we walked through the door we felt like we were on a cruise ship because all we could see was the gulf. Pool area was very nice. Great location.
