We rented this house for a week with 3 generations of family ranging from 25 to 87. We all had room to hang out, watch TV (smart TVs), eat meals together and enjoy our vacation. The 3 bathrooms were in great shape with plenty of towels for our group of 8. Two bathrooms are en suite and the third in the hallway for the other 3 bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were decent sized. As I saw in a previous review - no dressers in the bedrooms, but there was some shelving space in most rooms, and some places to hang things (but very few hangers and mostly cheap wire dry cleaner hangers). The kitchen was lovely and the long countertop and stools were a great place for meals. Decently outfitted with plates and glasses etc. - just had to run the dishwasher each night. Nice to have paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc as a starting point. Beautiful view off the back of the house, but there is quite a slope from the house to the dock, which made me a little nervous with older folks with balance issues. Our main complaint was the weather, which made it too cold to swim or sit outside - but that is totally not the fault of the house! We would have loved to try the pool but it was very cold as solar heating can only do so much! The place seemed well equipped with air conditioners, but we ended up having the heat on - lows in the 40s and highs around 60 for most of the week.
