Peaceful Waterside condo near the beach and vibrant downtown St Petersburg

Our Condo is in a gated community on an island on Tampa Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. We are located 8 miles to beautiful St Pete. Beach and a short 10 minute drive to vibrant downtown St Petersburg, which has many museums, restaurants and a beautiful pier.
Our condo is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with beautiful canal and bay views.
We are open to pets and children please discuss with me before booking.
We have a large patio with a lot of relaxing space and a gas grill. Inside has a large kitchen with a wine/drink fridge, and everything
you would need to make any meal. The bathroom is large with a walk in shower, there is also a large bedroom with a king bed and a large closet with a full size washer and dryer. Our home has fishing gear and beach equipment that can be used. The complex community has 2 large beautiful pools that are heated in the winter and a large hot tub at the yacht club pool. The clubhouse has a gym, pickleball, volleyball, tennis , basketball courts, and Shuffleboard. We even have a place to practice your golf swing. The yacht club has a pool table, large hot tub, library, large fishing dock and nightly bar. Throughout the community there is beautiful views of Tampa Bay and the Skyway Bridge. There are lots of dolphins, manatees and birds around daily. Truly feels like a resort.
