A quiet neighborhood overall - however we are on the main part of the road. The neighborhood is centrally located getting you anywhere you need to be in 15 mins or less.
I would recommend renting a car while enjoying your stay at the Pinellas Perch, however if you are looking just to spend time downtown, you could get away with Uber only.

Third-Party Bookings:
If you’re booking on behalf of someone else, please let us know in advance. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and a valid photo ID before approval.
While your own Airbnb account is verified, a third-party guest is not—so this extra step ensures safety and compliance for everyone. Many hosts do not allow third-party bookings, but we’re happy to accommodate them with proper verification.
Damages & Responsibility:
Please treat the home with care during your stay. The booking guest is responsible for any damages, late checkouts, or additional cleaning required.
This includes plumbing issues caused by flushing foreign objects, excessive toilet paper, or baby wipes.
If a plumber is needed to remove a clog or restore service, the cost of that visit will be billed to you as damage reimbursement.
Pets:
We love hosting furry friends! Please let us know before arrival so we can include the $300 pet fee, which covers the extra cleaning care they require.
The fee is per pet—if you’re bringing more than one, we’ll manually request the additional fee after your booking is confirmed.
If a pet arrives unannounced, the $300 fee will automatically apply after check-in.
Cancellations:
This reservation is non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your plans in case something unexpected comes up.
Smoking:
The home is non-smoking indoors. Smoking is welcome outside only—please use designated areas and dispose of butts responsibly. A minimum $500 fee applies for indoor smoke remediation.
Extended Stays (29+ Days):
Stays over 29 days must be requested and approved in advance. We’ll require your photo ID, email address, and a signed lease agreement confirming your check-in and check-out dates.
No security deposit is required; however, there is a $365 private insurance cost that will be requested after booking.
Your reservation is not fully secure until the lease and ID are received.
