Kaksi viikkoa vähintään vuokra.

Täysin uusittu läpi. Sisältää uuden ilmastointi- ja lämmityslaitteen, keittiö on tyylikkäästi uusittu sisältämään kaikki vastaavat ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittiset työtasot, ylimääräinen syvä pesuallas ja kaunis takaluiska. Kylpyhuoneessa on myös uusi turhamaisuus, kalusteet, kylpyamme ja valkoinen marmorilaatta ja lattia. Huoneistossa on myös uusi lattia ja vaalea maali. Pelicans Cove on viimeaikainen päivitys sisällyttäen uuden päällystetyn parkkipaikan, uuden katon, uudet uima-altaan huonekalut ja BBQ-alueen.
Kiinteistövälitys on täysin varusteltu ja vuokra sisältää kaiken, kuten rantatuolit, auringonvarren, rantapyyhkeet, kelluvat, vavat ja snorkle-naamarit.

Nauti aamukahvista omalla parvekkeellasi katsellessasi villielämää ja delfiinejä uimassa rannalla.

What stood out to us was the view. Sunsets from the balcony! Amazing!The condo was not very clean There were stains on the area rug. The louvre door on the furnace closet was a mess! Huge dust bunnies on every slat! Just messy!Another disappointment was the pool. The pool was not heated. It was clean and looked inviting, but too cold!

Great Vacation

The details provided perfectly describe the condo and views of the ocean. We spent the majority of our time on the beach; however, the property is within walking distance to an ice cream shop, bakery, restaurants, and more. We love this property including the location.

Perfect condo for a perfect vacation

The condo was everything we hoped for! It was clean, nicely decorated and very spacious. The view of the ocean and the sunsets from the living room and balcony was spectacular. We especially enjoyed the very short walk to the beach and the 1st floor storage locker to put all our beach gear in. The complex itself was well maintained, and very quiet. We will be returning!

great vacation

My husband and I loved staying at this property!!!! The owners were attentive and responsive. The apartment was very nice and had everything you could possibly need. You honestly could go on vacation here and just sit on the balcony and stare at the amazing view all day long. In fact I did that one day with a book....breakfast, lunch and dinner. Absolutely incredible view!!! The property is also situated next to a bunch of restaurants, an ice cream parlor and water park. The property has a great pool and a private walkway right onto the beach. Loved this place :) Thanks for the great hospitality!!

Great location, Great view

Robert and Tania are amazing hosts. Communication with them was top notch with immediate responses. The property location is within walking distance of restaurants and is quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great property

Loved our stay right on the beach. Each morning, we opened the balcony doors and listened to the waves as we prepared coffee and breakfast, then enjoyed eating in the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked and clean, the bathroom has the necessary items and an abundance of towels, the bedroom has a comfy bed and lots of storage, and the beach closet has plenty of chairs, an umbrella, and a few other items that we did not use. Robert made sure we were well taken care of and we greatly appreciated that. Can’t wait to come back so I definitely recommend this condo.

Clean, Comfortable with Amazing views!

This is Michelle , Sit on the porch and have your morning coffe and all your meals really! SO beautiful! Very clean and bright... better than what the pictures show. We hardly had any reason to contact the owners but when we did they were very repsonsive. Our toaster broke and they had a fancy one delivered the next day. We stayed for 15 nights and cooked the majority of our meals there and it was all there that we needed. We would definitely recomend and would love to come back!!

Wonderful experience.

Awesome hosts. Our hosts were very helpful and responded very quickly. The condo was very nice and spacious. Beautiful sunsets. Excellent location. We did not have a car but it wasn't a problem. The public transportation system is very good and close by. It is within walking distance of several good restaurants. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. Definitely looking forward to staying here again.

THE VIEW

Just as described! Everything you need. Very comfortable. Relaxing atmosphere! THE BED! Most comfortable bed ever found on a vacation. Even the bedding was superb. Would definitely consider staying here again. Hated to leave. The Owners were awesome to communicate with, very helpful. This IS the place!!!

Wonderful Location

It was a wonderful condo for two adults. The location and beach views were amazing. It is in walking distance to several restaurants and some shops. The check in was extremely easy and the owner responded to our questions very quickly.

Perfect location. Communication was outstanding during booking and through out the trip. Very tastefully decorated. It was the perfect beachfront stay. Will definitely return. We’ve been vacationing in the area for years and this was by far our favorite rental!!

Amazing place

Our family had an excellent vacation. Condo is very clean and comfortable for living and has all necessary staff inside. It has spectacular view, especially when sun goes down. Very close to the beach, just few steps. There are a lot of stores and restaurants near location. I would like to come back here next year!

It felt like home!

The property provided everything we needed for our much needed escape from the cold. Check in was a breeze. The condo was clean and bright. The master bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed. Guests who used the sofa bed said it was comfortable. The building itself is well maintained and quiet. Unfortunately for us we had to cut our stay short because of the Covid-19 pandemic but we did have an amazing time while we were there. Thank you Robert for providing a wonderful escape and thanks to you and your wife for assisting with the documentation I requested.

Beautiful Condo with Great Views

This condo is beautiful in all aspects. Dishes, towels pots and pans, appliances all provided. We loved the deck with ocean views and sat by the great pool area which was very relaxing with great lawn furniture..take your lunch down to the picnic tables and enjoy the sun. We flew and did not rent a car but had no trouble finding wonderful restaurants within walking distance (great seafood at Lu Lu's and the Gumbo at Jimmy Igaunas was the BEST). We took the trolley to Tarpon Springs and had a day trip to St. Petersburg which was so nice on a 80 degree day. Great restaurants at both cities. We had a very relaxing three weeks and felt very comfortable at our beautiful condo after some adventurous days! Will be back for sure! Ocondave and Barb from Wisconsin.

First time visit

My husband and our 2 young daughters just loved the location of the condo, steps away from the beach. This was our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach and we can't wait to return. The whole process was easy and hassle free. Highly recommended.

This property was excellent! Clean, everything we needed, really close to beach and restaurants, great outside storage for pool toys. There is no hot tub or heated pool a(FYI) but in July it didn’t matter. Will go again
